Terrible customer service. Was buying something in the audio video section and the guy working was spending more time on his phone texting then doing his job. When I asked for help he acted more annoyed than anything else. When I asked him about price matching Amazon he told me it had to be sold by Amazon and went back to his phone. I walked away and asked someone else (who was not on there phone ) and he told me as long as it was filled and shipped they would match but he was helping someone and could not get back there to help me at the moment (which was fine) . So I went back and once again interrupted the guy in the video by expecting him to put his phone down and help. I explained I wa just told that as long as it was shipped and fulfilled by Amazon they would match. He said no that was incorrect. At that point I asked for the manager. This guy tells me he is the manager. I told home I would give my business to Amazon for my electronic needs here on out. Wont ever return to that store and not likely to continue to shop at Best Buy. Its just less hassle and a much better buying from Amazon and not have to deal with someone clearly more interested in their phone then doing their job. i still dont know what the actual price match is but clearly the few doller difference was worth losing a customer over. Honestly this guys poor customer service and bad attitude would be enough reason to not go back even if the price match issue was not the problem. Keep up the good work....

I have dealt with the Winchester Best Buy on multiple occasions. When I ask for the Dude for Dell Computers, I want the Dude or Dudette for Dell Computers, not some disinterested sales person. This is figurative since that is an upcoming trip. However, I have dealt with the Dr on mulitple occasions on sound equipment and gotten top notch service, good info and follow-through. Geek squad service has been good. Went the other day to look at printers. Said I wanted someone knowledgeable in HP.. The guy was not knowledgable. I left frustrated and ordered on line from Amazon. Would have bought at BB but salesperson discouraged me. Now my overall experience at BB in Winchester has been good, just saying, dont pan someone off as knowing their stuff on my item of interest if they dont know the product.

Absolutely awful customer service at geek squad! They told me they couldnt fix my computer after working on it for only 10 minutes! Then when I went in to pick it up they handed me a weird power cord. When I asked what happened to my original cord, they laughed and said oh we dont remember where we put it. So in other words, these "so-called" professionals LOST my cord and thought it was funny! Then I ended up buying a new computer there, and paid for geek squad protection and antivirus for a year, and now 2 months later when my computer starts acting so strange I discover that there was never an antivirus installed! And my receipt CLEARLY says I paid for it! Very, very unhappy! Geek squad in Winchester is no good!!

I found the sales employees generally helpful and friendly but the one time I had an issue with an item (less than $20) and went to exchange it the manager who came over to approve it said he couldnt do it, despite the sales clerk stating that he in fact could. Someone lying to my face over a $20 item is sad to say the least. I spent a lot of money at Best Buy (Elite member last two years) and enjoyed the changes they made once they realized they had to compete in a changing sales environment (i.e., the world of Amazon) but it seems like their customer service is as dismal as before. What a shame.

An overall professional experience while purchasing a new laptop, from sales staff to Geek guy! Picked up the next day, everything loaded as asked. Do think the Geek area could be expanded, those couple of techs were pretty much run off their feet, so sometimes its a wait. I noticed several people that came in had an appt. so be prepared. However, my guy spent all the time I needed. Would be nice to have cubby holes to sit down with these people without the distractions around. A good experience.

Great experience here Charles sold my wife and I a washer and dryer a few weeks ago schedule to deliver a few days after closing great buying experience! Today my wife pointed out that the same ones were on sale for less, I went back and spoke to Tomekia at customer service about this. She was extremely helpful and even when it seemed rocky she worked on it while I was not at the store and called me and did the refund for me. Do have to say getting great service twice was a great experience, Thank you!

Customer Service in the Computer Department is AWFUL at this store. There was a guy walking around looking at everyone needing help, constantly looking down on his cell phone, and undoubtedly intentionally ignoring the customers. I will never go back to this store ! If you want to sell something, but never come up to people walking around obviously looking and needing help, why are you even there? Makes me wonder.

I bought an open box Vizio. It freezes from time to time and so I called Vizio. They replaced it. The second one does the same thing. Went back to Best Buy for help on what may be causing it and was told that is what Vizios do. Well then why did you tell me it was a great tv when I bought it? And they told me I had to cancel my Geek Squad coverage since the tv changed. Shop at Costco and get 90 day returns.

This is a fine Best Buy store, but does not have as diverse a selection as some. I could not find a basic telephone headset there, which is what I went in for. They did however have a lot of other accessories. Overall, this election of stuff tends to be a little expensive, making the term Best Buy a bit of a misnomer. That said, its retail, and maybe thats just what they have to sell the stuff for.

we come often for new phones, accessories and other items. the staff is always courteous. whenever we have a question either the person helping me can answer it or they call someone over who can. also they have honored online prices that differed in the store, which really saved me the hassle of ordering an item online. we will continue to choose best buy as our go-to for tech needs.

Terrible customer service. Terrible. I was shopping with my mother, and we chose to go to Best Buy on my advice. The service was so poor that I was embarrassed to have suggested that we go to the store in the first place. I would highly recommend that you shop at a competitor. I dont know if it will be better, but it cant be worse.

Seriously nice staff, very helpful in purchasing an item and in customer service. I bought a smart watch there, and unfortunately it did not suit my needs, I returned it and exchanged for another with very little hassle, and was out the door in minutes. A best buy like this is how you keep me coming to brick and mortar stores.
