This place sucks. No one knows how to do a retail job and does the absolute bare minimum, if not less. Cashiers are unpleasant most of the time and are constantly having issues and errors. Store is a mess and they lost things that i was trying to purchase or had things incorrectly marked. Go to the Savoy Goodwill where they at least have a decent selection and everyone doesnt act like a moron.

Store is clean & organized. Always see people on the floor stocking/straightening. Which would be 5 stars. But the lines/wait is rediculous! Twice I have had to put my stuff down & leave. Once I was in line for 25 minutes! The other 20 minutes! The second time, they had 2 people on 1 register (one ringing &1 bagging) need to have more registers open when they see a line forming.
My wife and I went to buy pillows. The written price was 5.99$, but when we went to pay at the cashier, they changed the price to be 9.99$. one lady explained that saying they have the right to estimate the price any time. It is unbelievable for non profit store which is supposed to do business for charity. I think the manger should treat people with honest and trustworthy.
I love Goodwill stores and this one is very nice. It is clean and well organized and the staff is friendly. There is always a deal to be found there but I would beware of the "boutique" prices, they are pretty high. It doesnt matter though because there is a very nice selection of their regular merchandise. Stop in and look around, you wont regret it.
I go here to look for that just in case item butt its hard to find an employee to help you because either theyre up at the register either too busy trying to go the other direction I feel like they dont want to volunteer there they shouldnt be there their prices on some things are outrageous but I still have to go for that just in case item !
I think everyone wears my size jeans and shorts. Found other things. Plenty things to choose from. Unorganized, not very clean. Prices go higher every time Ive been there. Resale someones donations at high prices. Some cant afford your resale prices. $100.00 for an old chipped up coffee table. Mine must be worth $200.

Excellent experience there yesterday. Its a very organized store, but what I appreciated most was the friendliness of the staff. The woman at the check out was friendly and efficient. All the staff I have encountered have always been nothing but helpful and out-of-their way friendly.

You must have a photo ID in order to purchase items with a debit card, credit card, or personal check. The staff will NOT hold items for you, in order for you to leave and return with ID or cash for payment. (even if you have spent over an hour selecting them!)
The products are as good as expected however there staff hospitality was lacking. The high note was finding the Savoy store never as busy and nice flow so i didnt encounter rude customers and unhelpful yet talkative employees.

The few times there, I could not find anyone to help. Only had 1 register open ( trainee on it with trainer) line/wait extremely long. This last time the wait was so long, I had to leave my cart & go home.
Went there 3 or 4 times when we first moved to town, found a bunch of good stuff we needed for cheap: thank you Goodwill! The staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended.
"hi, are rice cookers sold there?" ""Um, I dont know, you have to come down here and check, we have those here sometimes" why do they even bother answering the phones?
A couple nice ties but for some reason they separate their suit jackets from the pants. This was inconvenient and caused me not to even waste my time looking.
Got a good baseball helmet and sweet coreroys. They took all my old hangers and utilized them. Great intercom system. Clean dressing rooms, large childrens.
Too inconsistent with their prices, and overpriced used goods you find cheaper new in other stores. Went downhill when it moved from Prospect.
This location is large, but Ive rarely found any good finds there. The savoy location seems to have better items a lot of the time.
Like most thrift stores, merchandise is hit or miss. Daily 50% off color of the day deals turn shopping into deal hunting.
This is an extremely well-stocked and organized store. I dont think Ive ever seen this much stuff in a Goodwill before.
Got a decent amount of nice dress clothes there, name brand, good quality stuff for cheap. Very friendly.
Love finding me some wool sweaters at the Goodwill! Friendly cashiers and good turn around on stock.
The Goodwill was very disorganized there was a whole bunch of womens clothes in the mens department
The tag left a hole in the shirt I bought. I even talked to a manager and they dont take returns
Was overpriced for a Goodwill and the shelves were unorganized. Wouldnt make it a regular stop.
Nice store & courteous people, clothes just arent as well organized as most goodwills.
The people are always super friendly and helpful. Great variety of things to buy.
A lot of options and friendly staffing. I wish they had better dressing rooms
Staff seemed like they didnt want to be there. Interior also seemed grungy.
If you have trouble shopping at goodwill and are not disabled your a idiot.
Decent selection if second hand goods, mens clothing was lacking though.
A little pricey for a goodwill. Decent selection. Unenthusiastic staff.
Okay but I will not be shopping here again due to my religious beliefs
Good place to get rid of your old stuff and search for something else
Their prices are a lot more expensive for very poor quality items
Friendly staff and some great deals b if youre willing to look!
Small, not a great selection, prices high for a thrift store.
Computers need to be fixed........toooooo slowwwwwwwwww
U can find good used items and not have 2 spend a lot
Big Store with many options, lots of womens clothes
A large variety of used clothes at a good price.

So much nicer and more organized. Friendly too!
Book collection is small and mostly fiction.
This is a large store and well organized.
Clean store, low prices, tons of stuff.
Great stuff, even better employees!
Goodwill in the rich part of town.
New items come in at least weekly.
Am always able to get a good deal
Neat and clean. Easy to navigate
Very Goodwill for a thrift store
Good clothing selection, clean.
Can be over priced and crowded
Only if you have a good will.
Can find really nice stuff.
Gotta love a thrift store

This is a huge store.
Cant beat the prices
