Absolutely wonderful customer service! I was welcomed by friendly and cheerful faces as soon as I entered. The store is absolutely beautiful, as well as the jewelry selection. The associates are extremely knowledgeable and ready to assist in finding the perfect piece, they were even able to design a ring I found on the internet. I will continue to come to Raskins Jewelers for all my jewelry needs!

I made a trip to Raskins Jewelers yesterday to take care of a few needs including the modification of a keepsake watch so that I could wear it. They couldnt have been nicer and more attentive! Twice Ive gone to Raskin Jewelers for what I thought were simple repairs to both a metal watch band and a pin clasp. I was happy to find that they dealt with the fixes immediately and at no charge to me. I suspect that was done to get me to return often, which I will. I plan to have them replace a broken link in a gold chain next.

I came in wanting my sterling silver ring re sized and they couldnt do unless it was sent to their lab. Which I understand but my complaint was the ring guard they put on. I spent $10 and she screatched my ring and bent it on the bottom and the ring guard fell off the next day.
