DO NOT GO HERE! I went here to purchase a ring for my fiance and was promised that if the ring didnt fit they could size it in house that same day. The lady I bought the ring from told me that the ring was a size 6 and you can only go up or down two sizes. That was all right because my fiances finger size was a four but when we brought the ring back in the lady told me the ring was actually a size seven, so we had to get the ring customized. This irritated me because now we had to wait another 4-6 weeks to get the ring back when we were promised that the ring could be sized at Fred Meyers. Finally, they called me to let me know that the ring was in. I had the old card for the size seven ring, and luckily I took a picture of it and it said "Ideal cut, " but when I got the new card, it said "very good cut." If I want the diamond cut to be an "Ideal" cut, I have to wait for another 6-8 weeks. They werent even going to tell me this, and I had to find out with the picture I took of both cards. They wont give me credit or a discount on the ring even though its less value because of the cut. Do not go here if you dont want a headache. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Also, the lady that sold me the ring hid every time I came back into the store. She wouldnt even acknowledge me or say sorry. This is the worst jewelry store ever!

Ordered a ring for my girlfriend and the size came back small. Then we got the ring back a week after it was promised and all was good until the head of the ring fell off. The manager Rob said he personally took it and fixed it, however another two weeks pass and we finally get it back only to find the neck was crooked. We took it back once more and found out that specific ring actually could not be sized down to fit her finger and we would need to order a completely new ring. This is another issue amongst the rest because I am tight on cash and what I had payed for the ring and its warranty was just on my budget. With the new ring, the cost of what I payed for the ring and warranty only covered the ring. 4 weeks later after we were told 3 at most I get a call saying my ring is there and ready. I go in to pick it up and ask is there any way you guys can throw in the warranty, the manager said he couldnt and there was nothing more he could do. For all of the trouble and hassle they put me through they couldnt throw in a 40 dollar warranty? Long story short think twice before going to these guys.

My Fiance got the engagement ring here. We took it in to get sized, when we got it back, the engagement ring was a size 6, and the wedding band was a size 5. So we had to send them back in again on a Sunday to have them back on a Wednesday. I show up there around 5pm on Wednesday, and they said my rings werent there, and they arent sure why and that they would give me a call on Thursday or Friday. They failed to call the to even let me know they didnt show up. And to top it off, my fiance called them to try to figure out where the rings were and they were very rude to him, and made it seem like we were being an inconvenience to them. I am very disappointed. I understand that stores do get busy. But to have horrible service on top of that was a terrible experience!

Although I prefer Fred Meyer of Albertsons & Walmart, I have to really watch my bank account. Over the last 6 months, the Fred Meyer on Overland & 5-Mile Rd has submitted checks to my bank, over the written amount. 6 Times!! Im not sure who keyes in the information, but submitting a check for $99.47 -that was written for $49.47 is quite an oversight. Like I stated, this was not just once...6 times over a 6 mos period. Make sure and review your bank statements!
