Recently bought a pre owned pam292 which is now discontinued, two days after ownership dropped my new (to me) ceramic watch on ceramic tile and grenaded my bezel. I was freaked out and searched and searched and was pointed here. Belinda Ramos handled everything and was great. Sent me multiple shipping labels as my work schedule is very demanding finally was able to ship my brand new (to me) destroyed timepiece across country to some one I have never seen or met. Had them do full service, crystal and new bezel watch is beautiful and now I am afraid to wear it. At least I know its good for another 5 years unless I drop it again! Thanks Belinda! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
