Ok well lets start by saying if I could give them negative stars I would now I whent here to buy a wedding ring for my wife and ofcourse they are so helpful and nice when their trying to make a sale well we got the ring and they said we have a life time warranty and as long as we have the paper that says lifetime warranty and our info we are covered so we whent home put the paper in a safe place and a few months later my wife notices a dimond missing so we go in bring the paper and they say we are not covered because we havent brought it in every 3 months to have it inspected I tell them no one told use that so the manager pretty much calls us liers and says she personaly makes them say it oh and my wife did bring her ring in to be cleaned and they didnt ask to sign anything they said its not their problem were not covered. So we trade the ring back to them for another that was alot more expensive and I secretly recorded the same sales rep saying the same thing and not saying we need to have it signed and inspected so if anyone has trouble with that contact me I have proof they dont say it. So a week later our big dimond is loose in our new ring we Bring it in and they confirmed what was wrong and take it for 2 weeks and we have my mother in law pick it up and she brings it to us and guess what its still loose !!!! So we are still dealing with them and their rude service dont go here
