DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO THIS SHOP! I bought a Bulova watch from Macys in August of 2014 and the knob popped off in December. This type of repair should be covered under warranty, so I looked to see where the closest Bulova certified repair shop was. Fortunately it as just 8 miles from where I go to school. I sent it in without reading reviews and only knowing that it was Bulova certified. After three weeks of not hearing anything from M&G, I called to see if my watch was indeed covered under warranty. They gladly informed me that it would not be covered under warranty and that the battery would need to be replaced as well totaling out to $75. As a college student, this isnt something that I can afford. I simply asked them to send the watch back. When again, I was gladly informed that it would be another $15 to send it back to me. I have since contacted Bulova in NYC where they just told me that they want me to send my watch in to their repair shop there to take a look at it and repair the issue. When I called M&G to ask if I could pick my watch up from the stores location, Leanne told me that the shop was "closed to the public" and that I would have to get the watch shipped to my address. It would be much cheaper for me to just pick it up than ship it to my school. The costumer service at M&G is the horrible. They are just in it to squeeze out every last penny out of loyal customers.

One of thee WORST COMPANYS TO WORK FOR... MANAGEMENT IS ALL OVER THE PLACE AND THE OWNERS ..OH MAN. NEVER GOT PROPERLY TRAINED FOR ANY OF THE POSITIONS I HAD.. THEY SAY YOUR STEALING THEIR MONEY IF YOU TAKE LONGER THAN YOUR NORMAL 10MIN BRAKE..BUT WILL WORK YOU 6 TO 7 HOURS STRAIGHT! EVEN THOUGH CALIFORNIA LABOR LAW SAYS THATS ILLEGAL..BUT THEY DONT SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THAT LOL. DONT PAY ENOUGH FOR THE WORK WE DO..AND LET ME SEE..OH IF THEY OR ANOTHER EMPLOYEE BRAKES OR DESTROYS YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR THE ONLY REASON IS CAUSE THEY DIDNT FOLLOW COMPANY RULES. THEY STILL WONT TAKE CARE OF IT OR REPLACE IT..ESPECIALLY IF IT WAS A MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT WHO DID IT ..OH WATCH OUT..LOL SERIOUSLY, THOUGH. THEE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR.. DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE STAY THERE TO WORK. ESPECIALLY WITH MANAGEMENT BEING SO 2 FACE. OH WELL IM NOT WORKING THERE ANYMORE ..THANK GOD!!

Ive had my engagement ring since March and have had to send it back 2 times because one of the smaller Stones keeps falling out. The first time it took three and a half weeks to get it back. The second time they were supposed to rush it so that I would have it for my engagement pictures (two weeks tops I was assured) and it took four weeks. I had to call the company and they are just now shipping it so I can hopefully have it the day before my pictures.
