SCAM! Young clerk referred to me multiple times as "chick" when I first came in -- should have seen that as a red flag but unfortunately did not act on my gut feeling and leave right then. Brought in pearls to be made into earrings and when I went to pick them up 5 weeks later they insisted on charging me for the pearls, initiating a my-word-against-theirs that I brought them in. Asked for the manager and was told he was unavailable. After much back and forth, I decided I did not want to come back and leave my jewelry out of sight with them again, so I cannot believe I am typing this, I paid their price that included selling me back my own pearls. I have no trust in this business.

Brian is amazing at what he does, and I ended up designing by beautiful solitaire ring that is even more beautiful than what I though it would become. Great customer service! Ive bought and had some custom made pieces and they all have been great! They are very sweet and always want to make the customer happy! Something you dont see anymore unfortunately in other stores. Thank you very much for always being so great!
