Odyssey is a very good place to do a loan. I obviously came upon some hard times and wrote a letter stating I couldnt meet payments & would be late in reclaiming my jewelry. They agreed to hold my items for a few extra months without any extra charges. My experiences have been positive and kind as they seemed to care that I didnt loose my personal items. Great way to take care of customers and ensure good customer relations.

I will never come back here. Waited about a week for a small repair I should have gone somewhere else. And on top of that I never got the call to advice me it was ready. Now got to wait to give gift till 5 days. This sucks
