Unparalleled experience. This was my first time ever shopping at Bigham Jewelers. I worked with Johnathan, therefore, most of my comments pertain to my experience dealing with him. I have been in the market for a Rolex for quite a while now and have been waiting for the right time to pull the trigger. I would consider myself very versed in watch knowledge and the watch industry. With Johnathan’s expertise, I was able to learn new things about the brand that I hadn’t been familiar with. When dealing with luxury goods, I frequently find myself in an uncomfortable position with pressuring salesmen and a condescending vibe. With Johnathan, there was no pressure, and he was completely competent answering all of my questions. The store, being family owned, was very beautiful and welcoming with friendly staff. Being on vacation I had no intention of making a purchase but couldn’t help myself from stopping in after seeing the Rolex sign and the beautiful building. I had been waiting to find the right dealer who I could build a relationship with because although my first, I knew this would be far from my last Rolex. I was so pleased with my visit and how I was being treated that I bought the watch I had been waiting for. Being from Connecticut I have no problem working with them on all my future Rolex purchases. Rolex watches aren’t cheap. But with Johnathan’s help I was able to pick the right watch for me and leave 110% satisfied. An uncomfortable trip to Mayors Jeweler’s while killing time before our flight home assured me that giving my business to Bigham jewelers was with no regret and I’m glad I chose them.

My husband and I are celebrating our 10th year anniversary. Jonathan assisted me with an upgrade to my wedding ring. He gave me his undivided attention while I considered many different options. He was relaxed and courteous and made me feel like I was the only customer in the world that mattered to him at that moment. At the same time, he never once pressed me to choose a ring that I was not absolutely in love with. I found the perfect ring and we discussed different options available to me in regards to gemstones and diamonds. I appreciate how much he loves and respects his profession. I give this store a 5/5 for presentation of their unique jewelry and for selecting such amazing professionals to represent their jewelry!

After going to several different jewelers and feeling hope was near lost to find the perfect ring, I found Bigham Jewelers through a friends recommendation. They are by far the best! The staff had excellent communication while helping me design the perfect engagement ring. I was pleasantly surprised with their vast knowledge of abstract designers and how to best suit my custom taste. They dedicated ample time to help me find the near perfect ring , and tweak it into being perfectly one of a kind aka THE PERFECT RING. Their staff was second to none with their concern in helping me find just what I was looking for. I could not be more pleased with my experience! She obviously said Yes! Thank you for your help!

I took an heirloom ring from my grandmother in to Bighams to be sized. Michael examined the piece thoroughly and pointed out some missing prongs that could have resulted in looosing of stones. He allowed my father and me to see the defects thru the loop. I felt confident in his honesty and advice. Due to the time limitation of my visit the repair needed a short turn around. I was thrilled when Michael called ahead of the due date to say my ring was ready. It looked gorgeous ! The jeweler had done an excellent job on all the repairs. The workmanship was top notch. I am so pleased that I went to Bigham Jewelers. I look forward to doing business with them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Walked in looking for a ring, not sure what to expect. Obviously the outside is an amazing piece of architecture, but the inside was even more impressive. I was instantly greeted politely and felt zero pressure while there. The collection was absolutely stunning and my biggest issue was deciding which piece to purchase, normally I walk in a Jewelry store and Im lucky if I can find one good looking piece, this was the exact opposite. I wanted to take everything home with me. Would highly recommend this Jewelry shop. I had a gentleman named Dan help me while I was there and he was incredibly informative and helpful.

From the moment you walk into this beautiful store you are greeted by friendly folks and given superior service for anything you may have in mind regarding Jewelery watches & repair. From new or used estate items to a polethera of watches and many well know designers. We have been going here for years and never had an issue. The staff are second to none and the quality of what they offer is exquisite. Privacy and refreshments are at your desire. I love that this is a local business that I can utilize for all my wishes. A class act. This is how the world used to treat customers- with respect and kindness and great customer service. We purchased a gorgeous diamond sapphire ring and have good memories of the buying process. Maybe I I could shop around and get something "cheaper" but why? I feel good every time I wear the ring and it is a quality piece of jewelry ...some things in life are just not worth the trip trying to get on line or shopping endlessly for the best deal. I love the ring and would go back and purchase from Bigham Jewelers again in a heartbeat.

Michael was great! Very friendly and helpful. As a new customer he gave us a free watch battery. He did a great job of cleaning my wifes rings, also no charge. My wife had a ring that needed repair and our jeweler up north had said it couldnt be done. Michael had it done for a reasonable fee and it looks great! She hadnt worn the ring for years fearing that she would lose a stone. Shes ecstatic to have it back on her hand. Well done Bigham!

Bigham Jewerlers is not to be trusted... We filed a lawsuite and they lied about everything, they took my wife for $70,000 when they undervalued her jewelry and sold it before she could stop them.. and then lied about everything... They are not honest.. They dont live in multi million dollar homes because they are fair and honest company.. They feel they are above the law, I am sure it will catch up to them soon.. What goes around comes around....

Without a doubt this is one of the best jewellers in Naples. I have purchased several items and had some items serviced and this store never ceases to amaze me in their expertise. Their vast selection and exclusive inventory are second to none in the area. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and they go far beyond being helpful and really have an attention for detail in everything that they do.
