This place is a rip-off! They use bait and switch tactics to sell their goods. I was in the store on a Thursday and saw an item that I wished to purchase but I did not have enough money on me to get it at the time. I mentioned to the salesman, Juan, that I had seen the item at a gun show the previous weekend and the vendor gave me a price of $599.00 but I would have had to go to their shop which is a long drive. Juan told me that he could match that price. I called on Friday to see if the item was still available and if the price was still $599.00. Juan was out sick so I spoke with another employee who said they would check and call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. An hour later, the store manager, Scott, called and we discussed the deal I had with Juan and the manager assured me that he could give me that deal. I made arrangements to be there Saturday morning with the money to buy it. I got there and went through the whole process of purchasing it up till the point where I would give them the money. At that point, they told me that they could not honor the price they had quoted me. Since I live 45 minutes away from the store, I had 2 choices, walk out and go to Cape Coral and purchase the item or finish the transaction I had started. . I would like to warn anyone thinking of buying anything from them to use caution and do not believe anything they promise you to get you into the store.

Wish you could review w/out any stars! I was Totally taken advantage of. I went to the 1st guy I saw which was a nice large Latin guy(didnt get his name). The guy started by asking me how much I needed($75-100) immediately knowing what the value of my gold jewelry was, which I found was triple the amount later($270-285)He gave me 80$ & completely blind sided me in my desperation!! I understand this a PAWN shop but I barely saw 30-50%(its ALL on my paperwork). I never say this but "I Hate this place for deceiving me so badly"! I will do my value research NEXT TIME & never Recommend people!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. David always takes care of me, but all of the employees, management, and even the owner are really helpful and good people. In my opinion, its the best place to shop for firearms. Theres also lots of cool accessories that are always out of stock online. If theres something youre specifically looking for, just ask them, 90% chance they have it in the back. Lots of other cool stuff comes in and out of there so its a great place to stop on your way home and check out what they have.

Great place to go to look for tools. I bought a Porter Cable 1/2 inch router with fixed and plunger bases there and paid a very fair price for a tool that was almost unused. If you are looking for a great deal this is the place to go. If you are looking for attentive service this is as helpful a place as you will find. I have worked with both Jacob and Juan and they were attentive, friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

I stopped by to check them out the other day and was very impressed by one of the sales people there. His name was jj if I remember right... He was super nice and answered every question I had. He sold me this absolutely beautiful gold necklace that I now dont leave the house without wearing because of all the compliments I get! Love this place and the rest of the staff there was awesome as well!

This was my first visit and as soon as I entered the store a cheerful, friendly clerk greeted me. Monica, as I learned then showed me several items. At all times she was polite and professional and genuinely a delight. The store is clean, well lit and several others who work here were also very pleasant. I was glad for my shopping experience today and will be back.

Sell fake diamonds and when brought to their attention, try to make it seem like you are scamming THEM!!! Sincerely regret not filing Police report, and taking legal action. Lesson learned. Think twice before making a purchase on expensive jewelry at this store, without having it tested and guaranteed to be genuine by a third party. BUYER BEWARE!!

Ive been here multiple times and have always been greeted with great attitude. Ive been looking for a new carry weapon and stumbled upon a great deal! I couldnt believe the price! I purchased a SCCY on sale from Kendra and I couldnt be happier with my overall experience. 10/10. Highly recommend visiting or shopping online. Great experience.

This place is amazing everything ive got from here worked perfect from my first gun to my xbox one they got great prices and when you leave you feel good not like you just got hustled regreting your decision to pawn in the first place jacob was super helpful and inform me on the best move and for i was looking for. Nice pawn shop with great service however not a place to get a bargain unfortunately. Pricing for used goods was almost the same as new for a lot of items and I even found a few prices higher than new. I cant comment on how flexible they are with their prices though, I ended up leaving without purchasing anything.

they suggested that they were holding guns in the back and will not sell them waiting for the price to go up due to the upcoming election- I think there is a term for this- I question this behavior since I need to buy one, some guns are harder and harder to buy or even find how does this help your customers?????
