I have been a customer of Jared in Strongsville since it opened. I have always had a wonderful experience with very personalized attention. When I couldnt find the exact setting that I was looking for in a very expensive pair of earrings, I worked with the design team to get exactly what I had in mind. I am still in love with the earring and necklace set that was custom made for me. My husband and I enjoy the warmth of the staff who welcome us every time we visit. We have never had a negative experience with the beautiful jewelry or with the customer service. Thank you to Kelly and her staff for being our jeweler.

I came here last week looking for an engagement ring and had a phenomenal experience. Knowing nothing about jewelry, I was dreading this whole process but immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by one of the employees, Eliott, and he walked me through the store while we looked at the different options as far as settings, wedding bands, and the diamonds themselves. He spent several hours helping me to design a custom ring that I know shell love and I cant wait for it to come in!

I decided to buy myself a "little" gift and the sales person, I think Kaylin was her name, was super helpful in picking out a perfect fit. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. This place has had my watch since November 14th, 2014. Not once have they called to inform me of the status. I am the one that constantly has to call. By the way this watch was $3k+ . DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! When you call, all you get are excuses. AWFUL!
