I found this shop a couple years ago. From my very first experience I felt welcomed and valued. The owners are very friendly and really take the time to give you the best value no matter if youre selling, pawning or buying. I wont go anywhere else! Ive been helping my mom clean out her house and garage and came across loads of treasures. When I walk in I am greeted with a smile and everything is looked at carefully for fair market value. Even referring me to a coin shop to get more for my coins. I never feel rushed or cheated, and walk out of there knowing I got the best value for my treasures. Above all though, the service is outstanding! As my stuff was getting looked at, several other customers came in and were greeted by their first names and a friendly smile. Not too many businesses out there life this left and this is what makes this place the best in the valley hands down! Thank you everyone whos helped me out with my moms stuff! Shes so excited about her cash return!

I went to the shop looking for a banjo and found one. The owner, Joe, made me a really good price even with a return guarantee if the Banjo didnt work out. The people in there are very nice and personable. They have very good prices and a collection of different things. They also looked at some things that I wanted a bid on and they gave me a very reasonable offer for one thing I had. I would recommend this place very highly because what impressed me most was their honesty. What a rare thing to find now days. Joe also said hed call me back about one of the items I had and he did just that. If this business can keep its policy of being a honest place to buy or sell, then I can only see them continuing grow.

My wife found this place and really loved it so I went to have a look myself. The place is a bit small but all of the five people Ive dealt with there have been pleasant and Joe, the owner really tries to make a deal work for you. I even had something not work when I got it home (a stun gun) so they just gave me my cash back, no hassles or complaints. Some of the larger pawn shops around town are too aggressive with their pricing, like nearly retail. I just shop online and avoid the hassle when thats the case. GBG is usually worth a trip since the deals are solid and the people are nice.

Being an Arizona native, I usually frequent the same shops Ive known my whole life. But recently, I have became a big fan of this store. This place deserves a bigger name than just a pawn shop. From the collectibles my boyfriend often pawns here to the modern electronics we often buy here, Gold by the Gram has something for everybody. The true highlight of this shop though is the authentic service! Although I am not one of there more veteran customers, Ive been treated like family since I stepped in the door. Love this place, it is the true sense of good Arizona business.

Talk about customer service. They have that personal touch remembering me, taking the time to chat about more than what I can buy. They dont rap me with extra fees or charge me if Im a day or two late. Susan always tells me straight and doesnt try to make a fortune off my business. They give me better prices when pawning or buying and dont make up what they sell by 1000% like all the other pawn shops. I feel like an old family friend that is visiting even though Im just one of many customers that feel at home with this place.......

I did many transactions with them in 2012-2013, they played games putting me off everytime I would call or come by to settle the amounts my items sold online for(if they sold?)... they had items over a year and when I asked for them back iwas sidelined ...if they do business this way than its an integrity issue. ?.OR if it is really not an act...than its incompetence....either way I should never have trusted them to do things off the books as they did...expensive lesson..steer clear of a very crooked operation.

I had never really experienced a pawn shop before. I was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and the congeniality of the staff. Everyone was very helpful and the prices were great!!!! They were also able to answer all my questions in a knowledgeable fashion. If there was something they did not know they went and looked it up on the computer. The premises was clean and orderly. I would recommend this store to all my friends.

I love it here, they take the time to talk to you, they pay more on pawns and buy while selli g things for such a great price, I buy new only if they dont have it already. I feel like family there and they save my business on purchases like my laptop. Thank you Joe, Susan and Tina. You guys are great and being there is better than watching the TV show about pawn shops.

I have used thus pawn shop for years now but I had a ring that I had pawned with them for about a year and a half but when I finally paid off the pawn and picked it up they gave me a similar ring but fake stones and fake gold. I didnt even notice until I got home. They are good to sell things to and good to buy from, but be careful with pawning jewelry.

The lady owner Susan is super rude and will go on her self absorbed tirades in front of her family in this pawn shop. They offer no leniancy when it comes to late payments, absolute 0 grace period, unclear fees and charges not specified in the contract. Pawner beware, you may lose your stuff here very easily....

Dont expect to get your stuff back here because they will "sell it" even after letting them know youre coming in tomorrow!!! They will cheat you. Plus the owners wife looks and acts like a witch. Thatll keep me away for sure yikes
