WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I looked at their cars online and convinced myself to drive two hours to the place. Upon arrival I already regretted my decision. There was no greet nor a warm welcome. No professionalism whatsoever. After looking at two cars, I quickly realized that both of them were poorly kept. They werent knowledged well with any of their cars. I finally looked at a third, which at first, appeared in great condition. I looked over the car fax and it came down to haggling a deal. One of the workers told me the price was non negotiable, which I found amusing. Their website clearly stated in large writing that EVERY car IS NEGOTIABLE. I ended up buying the car, however I told him to check the fluids, I wanted a full tank to drive back to town with, and I wanted an antennae on my car (since it looked like it was missing.) To me it looked like they stole parts from cars, since the antennae they put back on looked like it originally belonged to the car. There were four different tires on the car. Also when I was about to leave to head back, my oil was low, the gas was on e, and two days later they called asking to charge me an extra 150 bucks for some BS service charge. I told them no and they left me alone. The car that I traded in, is on sale on their website as a Grand Touring. Thats a complete lie. Its only a sport...If you already thought dealerships were trouble....DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

The worst place to go to buy a car. This is how it went: 2/11/2015 I look on the web and I wanted to take a look at this 2006 White Audi A4 2.0 T Quattro. 3:40pm I call and speak to Richard , who tells me that i can go for a test drive with the audi. Took me about an hour to get there. 4:40pm I enter the parking lot the one South of w 58th st. before getting to Richard 4 other persons spoke to me. one person told me the audi is sold. one person told me the audi is damaged , electrical all messed up bought from auction. another advised me not to buy that one and lets look at other audis. richard told me that it is fine just that it needs tuneup, others said it does not start. I wanted to see another gray 08 qudi a4. but we looked at one from 2011. and was told that the 08 is sold. I insisted to tell me if the white one can be driven. I was with two persons in the lot. now they took me inside. Here I find this gentleman from Palestine his name David, just like mine. I ask him is the audi in good condition can I drive it.? ( the white 06 A4 ..) And he answered, that is fine. I told him I want to drive it. He asks for DL. makes 2 copies. Sends me outside with this younger guy who meets with Richard. we go at the car. Richard tries to start it, but nothing... it did not start.5pm out. So what advice to give you? This is my experience.

Rip Off Artists to be sure... I am a Veteran, i bought a Car from the Muslim guy wiith fake american name mike.. but really its the common muhammed name hiding behind God as they steal....I.put $11,000 down on a $16,000 Vehicle..and paid it off in less than a year.....think that that would make me a Good VALUED Customer Right ???......Wrong..... 1 yr later i put 2 grand down on a 6 grand car....had a disagreement with muhamed on the first payment date.They Changed their terms on me... and after 2 weeks late (ILLINOIS LAW ALLOWS REPO AFTER 7 DAYS LATE)...... they repossesed the car IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AFTER 1 MONTH OF OWNERSHIP. .. .S&M TAKES FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE 5 DAY OR 7 DAY 5 REPO LAW........... MOST REPUTABLE CAR DEALERS TREAT CUSTOMERS FAIRLY,,,THESE GUYS SET UP AGREEMENTS THEN REPO YOUR VEHICLE..OUTSIDE OF STANDARD GRACE PERIOD PRACTICES. WITH NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION THE DIRTIEST DEALING LOT ON WESTERN....BEWARE ..THESE MERCHANTS ARE SOULESS. AS A VETERAN AND A PATRIOT HOW CAN I ALLOW ANOTHER CUSTOMER TO BE DISHONORED ?? BY NOT HAVING THE FACTS

purchased an Audi from them that required nearly $10,000 in repairs 9months later. Moduals that cost $1700 for a little box let alone labor. No longer have the Audi but said hey 3 years later let me try them again since they did shuffle some paperwork to get the Audi deal done. Submitted an application online, these guys do a hard inquiry on my credit and didnt even bother to give me a call. If you wanna buy repos that dealers buy from the auction this is your spot, but have 5 thousand laying around incase you need a luxury transmission.

I purchased a Mercedes S63 from them and when I seen the price online I was kind of worried because it was lower than everyone else by 4k. Once I seen the reviews they had online I became more worried. After a week I decided to stop by and check the car out and the car was spotless. They let me take the car to my mechanic which is an hour away from them to have it check out.Moral of the story is dont believe everything you hear. They have a great staff and they are upfront about everything. I would would highly recommend S&M Auto.

I read the reviews before coming, and they were right, these guys are shady. When I called to check on a certain vehicle that appeared to be a great deal, they said it was in stock. I printed out a card fax ($49), and I drove 1 hour into the city. When I arrived I gave them the same VIN# I gave them over the phone and they told me it was sold two weeks ago, but they have another one just like it! These guys ARE what you picture when you think of shady used car dealerships...

this is the worst place to buy a car the people their dot care what you want then every car i got in the engine light was on then the guy told me ooooo that happens to all the cars i was like what ??? my car never dose that he then went on some bull shhhhht saying well we havent turned thees car on in a wile thats why i got the hell out of their idiots yea they will hook you up with a pice of crap lemon car

Absolutely recommend this dealership , huge car selection , very nice ppl to do business with , we were in and out in less than 2 hours which was great compare to our past experience at another dealership recently .
