I bought a used vehicle back in December 2012. I put $3000 CASH down and had to finance the rest at 28%!! (shows how desperate they are for money) When I purchased the 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I thought they were selling me a Jeep that was 100% operational. I’ve only had this jeep for 4 months and already have had it worked on numerous times spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars. These issues were obviously on-going issues that they must have known about, but did not disclose any of these problems during the sale. The day after I bought the Jeep, it would not start. I called H & H Auto Sales and they said that sometimes you have to put the gear in neutral and then turn the key to get it to work, because the gear shifter was a not working properly and may need to get fixed. This information would have been helpful during the sale of vehicle, not after. Another issue was that the heat was not working properly, which the blower motor resister and bend doors needed replacement. (around $280) The mechanic said that this issue doesn’t just happen at once. It takes time for the motor to quit and could have been an on-going problem before I bought it. I’ve had to get the driver side window motor replaced, since the window would not open and close anymore. (around $214) Recently, the breaks started leaking very bad and I could barely stop. Once again I needed to take it back to the shop for more repairs. (more money spent on their vehicle) The mechanic put the jeep on a lift and showed me where the leak was coming from. The entire Break Line going back to the back tire was totally rusted. Now we know that rust doesn’t happen in one day or one week. It is an on-going issue. (around $300 repair) Now the problem I’m having is that when I put the AIR on, only outside air comes through the vents (Not Cold). I find it totally unjust that I am putting all this money, that I don’t really have, to fix an H & H Auto Sales vehicle. I don’t think it is fair that I’ve put so much cash down on their Jeep and have spent hundreds and hundred on repairs within 4 months. I have stepped up my end of our agreement by paying on time every month and was expecting H & H Auto Sales to be honest and courteous, but I feel, that is not the case. Whenever I call or stop by to pay my jeep payment, I am treated with hostility and rudeness by the women inside the office. Customer Service is horrible! Just a bunch of catty, bitter, angry women. I would absolutely NOT recommend doing business with this dishonest used car lot. The asking price for most of their cars are way over market value. The worst car buying experience ever! Now I am stuck on paying for this Lemon for the next 2 years and probably will spend tons more money on repairs in the process.

Please dont buy a car from these people!!!!! I purchased a car from them and after 5 days it wouldnt crank. When I called them, understandably upset, but not raising my voice, cursing or using fowl language of any kind, I was met with a bully of a man that told me I signed paperwork "as is". He also told me he didnt like my attitude and to bring his car back. He informed me that I would not get my down payment back, and that I was about to see his bad side. I take a statement like that as a threat, and if I had been a man I doubt he would have made that statement. I was probably a lot nicer than most people would have been. I realize that I signed the paperwork, but most people would expect a car that you bought to run longer than 5 days. Please be ware of these people, they make you fill out an application so they can check you out, but they dont honor any, while maybe not legal, but certainly moral obligation to you., I was not mean to them at all when I called, but I was firm, and by the time this man was finished with me I was in tears and apologizing to him, and still after all of that he told me I was about to see his bad side, and that I could catch more flies with honey than vinegar. He never had any intension of making an effort to help me no matter how nice I was, because I signed the paperwork. Dont be fooled by how nice they can be while they are trying to sell you the vehicle. They even took it to the mechanic of my choice, and everything checked out according to them, but if I sold a car to someone, no matter how much paperwork they signed saying I was not responsible I would have to do the right thing by them, no matter how upset they were with me. If I could give them less than one star I would. Never, never, never, never, never deal with these people!!!!!!!!! You will regret it!!!!!!!!!!
