From Melinda Lopez. NO GOOD...RUN! I went to Auto City Lancaster last year with $1000 down. Greeted by Blake I was quickly approved and he took me to the very back row told me that was the only area of vehicles I was approved for. I explained to him my husband has leukemia and was in poor health and I also have 3 kids. I need a reliable vehicle. He got kind of pushy like rushing me along when I only got to test drive 2 vehicles. I chose the Dodge Journey which had over 100,000 miles. Payments were outrageous $240 every other week! I needed a vehicle at the time bad. Two days into having the vehicle it would not start after taking my husband to the hospital for his chemo treatment. We had to replace the battery and cables. Then a few days later check engine light comes on. I call Auto City and was told it wasnt it big deal that it was some sensor and I would have to take it somewhere in Dallas to get it changed out. I am pretty sure by that statement that they must have already known that vehicle has problems and did not fix them just put a mother with 3 kids and a very ill husband into a vehicle that they knew was going to have problems! I ended up getting a loan from my job to buy a cash car and I had Auto City come get that car back. I would not recommend anyone to the is dealership..there are other dealerships that will help you and have better vehicles. I bet Blake doesnt loose any sleep thinking about how he put a mother, 3 kids, and a dad sick with leukemia into a vehicle with problems that left us stranded! This is despicable for anyone to do to a family in this situation. Thank you from Melinda Lopez.

I am currently leasing a 2013 Fusion through Auto City. I have way less than good credit, so I knew that I would not be able to finance a car through a major dealership like I wanted, however, my family NEEDED a second vehicle pretty fast. I will admit, I was nervous jumping into another car, and had never financed anything such as a car before, so I didnt really know what I would be faced with as far as money is concerned. I reached out to Chris Garcia, and was able to drive off the lot in my Fusion with very low miles, after putting only $500 down. Chris, as well as his general manager, and the nice lady that works in finance were all so kind to my husband and I. All of our questions were answered, and we were not pressured into buying anything. We sat with Chris for a while, explained our situation, filled out the application, and were approved for cars withing a certain price range on the lot (there were so many great new model cars to choose from in GREAT condition), and we were even able to walk around and decide which vehicle we wanted to test drive without the salesperson by our side. Like I said, NO pressure at all. I am very happy with our purchase, and would highly recommend anyone with bad credit situations to come to Auto City! Great customer service, and lots of follow up calls from people wanting to see how we like our new vehicle!

B. Ingram the president is a liar!!! I notice you continually say you can not find record of people calling or coming in filling complaints, but then that will enable you to make it appear precious and current customers are lying. Your vehicles are sub standard and your employees are HORRIBLE!!! I went to purchase a vehicle one week ago and was horrified by the male staff and their disgusting comments and jokes. You have had continual bad reviews and lie about updating training for your employees. I have no problem in informing perspective clients that I have taken time to report you to the better business bureau and consulted an attorney for the sexual harassment suit. There is no need for you to reply to this post as you and I both know you have no intentions and never will on doing anything about your staff of the misrepresentation of your company and its selling practices. Buyers Beware!!!!! If you want Justice you need to take these concerns to the courts. This is the only way to get any relief.

This has been the worst car experiences ive ever had. After a week my headlights went out. A hassle to get fixed... Not even a month in, the car was overheating... Another hassle. Now the axle and rotors and all that tire stuff are ready to fall out... I was told i would have to wait until it does fall apart for it to be a priority and i would have to pay 200 to get it towed... They guy Lindsey at the repair center in Lancaster was hostile rude and even threatened me physically. He told me i wouldnt be allowed to have my car fixed any further with the company. Customer service hasnt been any help in this matter, yet they want me to continue to pay a 500$ note, for a car that is clearly falling apart and having issues. I havent had this car for 3 months and their warranty is B.S. I wouldnt recommend this company if you expect great customer service where you spend your money. And the wost thing about this is they Have No Intention on Fixing This Problem!!!

Said they could help me, then changed their minds once I showed up because I didnt have 3 months at my current job. Thats a simple question you could have asked me on the phone before wasting my time. Do not advertise you help those other dealerships wont, because Im still here without a car for no reason than that I havent been at my current job for long enough. Not unemployed before this, I Could provide pay stubs from my previous job, but that doesnt count apparently. I had money down. I have average credit. Just a first time buyer with no cosigner. I would have been an easy sale and plenty of interest earned for your business, I just wanted something kind of new with 4 doors and AC. But, my time was wasted, so you gaining me a new customer and any referrals i may have sent your way, also down the drain. They also refused to refer me to anyone else.

Was looking for a car and read the reviews. Thought i would give it a shot. Filled out the app online and was called right away. I only had $600 dwn but was told they would add an additional $500. When i showed up I was greeted by Blake. Seemed pretty friendly. After running my info for about 35 minutes we finally got a chance to look at the inventory. Turns for what i quilified for i was limited to only a couple of cars. (there was more but thy were tiny, im 6 foot 300lbs) I wasnt totally disappointed UNTIL he gave me the numbers. For a 2011 Ford Fusion with 150k after TTL he proceeds to tell me i was looking $21,000 for 5yrs with $500 payments.. Yeah, I quickly high tailed it out if there. I will suggest to proceed with cuation.

The customer service has been ok so far... but Iv only had my car for like 3 weeks and its been in the shop for 2 of the 3 weeks and still in the shop now. First I got a car that the key didnt work to all the time it wouldnt go in the door and barely would go in the ignition. Then the brakes were bad.. I sent it to the shop 3 days after I got it and they fixed it a week later. After I got my car back it was OK for about 4 days until it stoped wanting to start Id have to get a jump or hold the key over for like 5 minutes until it started.. actin like the battery was dead. Now I drove it for a few days till it just completely stopped working. Now its in the shop again another week has gone by an still no car...
