After about 1 month I bought my car Im writing this review. I went to this dealership because I passed by very often near them and I saw they had good prices. Finally we took the decision to go (my father and I) and we were received by Jay, he showed us the cars they had. I ended up buying a minivan, a Mazda MPV 2006. I was surprised that they were willing to work with me to get a loan for a person like me (good credit score but limited credit history). I needed a co-signer to close the deal, which was out of their hands because of what I mentioned before but anyways they did a great job and helped me through the process. I felt we were treated different (in a good way) than in other dealerships we went to. No pressure whatsoever. After a week I had a problem with the exhaust but they honored the warranty with no hassle. After that, my car have been working smoothly. Im very happy with the purchase and Ill definitely come back and recommend them.

Rude people. Waited around forever. My kid got a trade quote of $1500. Unfortunately the guy who offered that trade price was the detailer. Went back to talk about buying a car & sales guy dropped our trade price to $500. Also the car we looked at had a tire with severe sidewall damage. It looked dangerous. Lastly the car was a 2006 & dealer was claiming it had only 60k miles. Im thinking rollback on odometer..... This place looked like more of a chop shop than car dealer. Buyer beware!!!!! Update: 6/28/17 Everything I posted is based on our experience at this place. I review tons of places & btw whats wrong with reviewing bars, strip clubs etc?? Your response to negative feedback is inline with the treatment we received at your business! You need to learn how to manage honestly written bad reviews a bit better. I am an avid google reviewer, thanks for insulting me about that as well. Im a google local guide & my reviews get noticed. CHEERS!

I cant believe how happy I am to have bought a car at this place. Salesman named P.J. Was the coolest salesman Ive ever met. On the test drive we went out to eat tacos and talk about everything that had nothing to do with the car. Lol. That was just an awesome experience to get to know the car and your salesman and the dealership. I couldnt even believe how friendly these people were to me on top of the fact that they gave me a great deal on my new Jaguar XJ 8 L. I highly recommend this dealership because of their prices and the service. Ive been to eight different dealerships in a week and I finally find the dealership that had what I wanted and just a great dealership to buy from. I give this 5 stars two thumbs up and I would definitely recommend my family and friends.

They have a great selection if cars at more than reasonable prices. Their staff is very knowledgeable about their work. P.J was able to get me the lowest interest rate among all the salesmen from different dealerships I spoke with. I bought an infiniti from them and it was like I was getting a certified pre-owned vehicle without the certified price. The leather was still smooth and completely clean. The upholstery was very nicely detailed along with the outside of the car, and the best part? It came with a free carfax report. Seriously if youre looking for a hassle free friendly and professional car buying experience you gotta check these guys out.

Was a little nervous about buying a used car as Im not a car guy. Grateful that Chicago Car Guys (Micah) is a true subject-matter expert. Knows cars inside and out and does the research on vehicles prior to selling. In our case, he learned that the 2008 BMW X3 we were purchasing sometimes had a battery issue related to the factory radio staying on. So they proactively replaced the factory radio in hopes of preventing any future issues. Price was reasonable and no sales games were played (not any that were obvious, anyway). Loving our new BMW (technically, its used but its new to us)!

Car dealers are a synonym of headache and lemon vehicles: not the case with Chicago Car Guys. Abe the salesman, helped me obtain my BMW X5, an amazing vehicle. He introduced me to Mike, his manager, and we were able to negotiate a fair price based on my offer. Josh finalized the deal and got me an excellent deal to finance my vehicle at a low APR. Moreover, he recommended a extended warranty from bumper to bumper. Im thankful for the quality of service and hassle free experience, great job guys. I will definitely recommend my friends and family for their next luxury vehicle purchase.

"The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Due a language barrier, I was trying to help a friend who bought a car from there with the payments. However, the salesman was unprofessional and rude. After i introduced myself he said "what is the bottom line" when he know that Im not a customer, and after i told him the problem he said " you need to talk to the management and thank you for wasting my time !!" I wish there is less than one star because it is too mush for that treatment." I like the way how you language and how you talk about your customers.

Those guys have definitely the best price in the region. Great attention, zero burocracy and good cost benefit make those guys the best option for used cars. We bought ours from them around 1 month ago and it was definitely the best option we saw by far and we couldnt be happier with our second hand vehicle. A couple of days after buying the car a Tire Pressure light started lightening on our board and they fixed it with no extra cost for us. Plaques arrived on time. All documents ok. If you go there, look for Jimmy.... A great person that really took care of us.

Whoop Whooooop!!! Got myself a sweet new ride!!! A really sleek CLK 500 to be exact!! Micah and his team were super easy to work with and had all my questions answered. They kept me in the loop about the cars available that I was interested in and Im so glad they found my new (to me) Mercedes gem!! I had a price in mind, and the price ended up being one I was very pleased with. A few signatures and some light paperwork, I was on the road in no time!!! Thanks Micah and team!! Ill be recommending you guys to friends looking for a legit place to buy a car!!

I had the BEST TIME there!! Mike and Greg were so funny and honest! Usually when Ive visited car dealerships I feel like they really arent listening to my demands and are just trying to put me in anything. NOT THESE GUYS!! They were very honest and upfront about where they purchased their cars from and made sure I left with the car I WANTED!! I highly recommend this dealership. I sent my aunt and cousin and they had the same experience too!! They really make you feel at home and the prices are AMAZING!
