I ABSOLUTELY do NOT recommend this used car dealer! PLEASE READ the following. My husband and I along with our toddler visited this dealer 2 weeks back to view a veloster they had on their property. We arrived and as our salesman, Sam showed us this specific car we came to realize it was manual (which we were not interested in) and to small for us as a family being only 3 doors. We specifically stated after seeing it (no test drive), that we were not interested in manual and if he could show us options for automatic with more room in the car being a 4 door. Also the down payment for the veloster was more than what we were looking to spend as well. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with any on their lot at the time so we told Sam we would revisit when they get more cars on their lot the following weekend. The next weekend from that one, my husband receives a text and phone call from Sam stating they can work us a great deal for the veloster (after we already stated last weekend we were not interested). He had ran my husbands credit and approval for this veloster during the week since we left that weekend. After speaking to my husband we figured we would tell Sam we will at least stop by to view it again and this time take it for a test drive to see how we like the fit with our sons car seat and manual drive. Right as we arrive, Sam is already asking my husband for all of his paperwork to move forward with signing papers for this car which we were not ready for so we asked him to take the car for a spin. So we did, came back with the veloster and my husband and I had some disagreements regarding the car so we made them aware we werent 100% on this car and would like to continue waiting for the right one. I stayed in my car with my son while my husband let them know we would be back another time and thanked them for their time. This is where HELL broke loose. Sam stated to my husband , "I worked hard to get you a low interest rate and approval for this car, man." My husband stated, we were never 100% on this car as we never asked him to work on this car during the week for us. THEN, the finance manager has the nerve to approach my son and I by walking out of their building without my husband and TAPPING on our car window and the seat I was sitting, only for me to open the door to him LECTURING me to let my husband finish moving forward with the paperwork for this car and that it is a good deal. I told him my concerns and he BLEW it off and stated your "GIRL" will be fine and I have no need to worry so let my husband move forward with the paperwork. He kept referring to my SON as a girl and stated "Is that a boy or a girl?" I said he is a boy ( obvious), he said back "Oh it is?? I couldnt tell the difference." My husband walked back out and the finance manager walked away and I was very angered by his VERY unprofessional ways! I told my husband we need to leave so we did and Sam told my husband to let him know if we find any other car on their site we are comfortable with. So the following day we made Sam aware of a Ford Fusion and Hyundai Sonata we REALLY liked. Sam apologized for the previous day and said he spoke to finance about it saying to forget what happened cause they want to be a 5 star dealer. So Sam told us to come in after my husband gets off of work, so we did! We arrived and took both cars for a drive and fell absolutely in LOVE with a SILVER 2013 HYUNDAI SONATA. Sam was happy and led us inside to put down a supposed "Holding" deposit of $1,000. So we did and he said since they were about to close, he would call us the next morning to let us know if we got approved for the sonata. The next morning came, my husband receives a call from MCJ motors saying we GOT APPROVED. We were ecstatic and were waiting until my husband got off of work to head their way. About 5 p.m that SAME day my husband receives another call from MCJ , this time being the same ass of a finance manager who approached our car. The finance manager told my husband, I am sorry Mr Stevens but the Sonata ALREADY had a down payment held on it.

READ BELOW, this is a CONTINUATION from my wifes writing: He continued telling my husband that someone had put $2,000 down and they are going to take it if they get approved. When really, someone came in that SAME DAY of OUR APPROVAL for the 2013 Silver Hyundai Sonata and since they had MORE of a holding deposit of a whole $1,000 more than our holding, they SOLD OUR car to them EVEN though we put a "holding" deposit Sam asked us to put down the previous day so we would NOT lose the car AND we got APPROVED BEFORE them. The finance manager continued to tell my husband that they can sell us a different car now?! He said, they have 2 other Sonatas and kept mentioning one specifically which was a 2014 grey one to my husband and told us to come in to see it. Lucky enough, we RESPECTFULLY came back to their dealer and viewed and test drove BOTH sonatas. The one car the ass of a finance manager was pushing on us was currently being worked on as we arrived due to issues with the key and key hole not properly starting the car. Also this car had CLEARLY been in a WRECK. The back end was hit and the bumper is barely hanging on but YET they are a 100% clean carfax used car dealer, only one owner and no CRASH REPORTS! This is BULL. MANY of their cars show signs of wreck damage on the outer body! We were interested in the second one being their OTHER sonata which was a 2015, same price as the veloster they approved us for. Sam was disappointed in us for not choosing the 2014 one saying its just a dent when it was more than that & their cars arent supposed to have crash history. We told them we KNOW we want the 2015 so put our 1,000 towards that Sonata now. They were wanting to get the 2014 wrecked sonata off of their lot & told us we are not approved for the 2015. Bullshit! We requested for our 100% REFUNDABLE holding fee back & he fought us first saying NO & then saying we can wait until NEXT week to get it! Totally RUDE & OBNOXIOUS people. They are SCAM artists! STAY AWAY!

Did my usual "Looking" for a new car drive up and down 50, stopped in at a few of the usual spots to see if they had anything new. I usually dont stop in at McJs but I figured why not. Spotted out a very nice Volvo, asked for a price.. as I expected.. too much. So I continued looking around the lot, then a salesman I believe his name was Martin started asking me if I needed help. I told him I was just looking and he did not press the subject he stated he noticed me looking at the Volvo. I told him I liked it but it was too much, we went back and forth for a while and he went inside to inquire with the manager about the car. Ten minutes later he came back out and said I should come inside and we could discuss the car if I wanted. So I did.. They were able to drop a few fees and get the price right at the top of my budget, but I wanted the car, so I caved. Wound up driving it off the lot that afternoon. I did spend a little bit more than I wanted to but I got a car thats more than worth what I paid for it and for once I bought a car without a bucket load of stress during the purchase. I feel I got a fair car at a fair price, I could not ask for more. The mileage was right for the price and the car was in very reasonable condition, the interior was Mint. All in all I have to say I am happy with Mcjs. I did have to wait a while for the financing to go through and thats the reason Im not giving five stars, four will have to do.
