I let them know from the very beginning I didnt live in Plano and that I needed to purchase a vehicle and be back for work on Saturday. I spent over 4 hours at the dealership purchasing the vehicle. They didnt have my car ready the day I purchased it. Had to drive all the way back the next day for it to still not be ready. I came inside ready to make my down payment and the financial rep was going to let me pay them my money knowing that the car was not ready to be taken off the lot. They told me it would be ready then the following day and then called me hours later changing it to now a week after my purchase date. Then brought the car to me with inside of car DIRTY, and a 3 foot long scratch on the drivers side. When I sent it back to them they told me I was asking for too much for a pre-owned vehicle! After I sent it back and the manager saw the vehicle he said he would have it ready by Friday (which is a couple days after I sent it back). Then Friday rolls around and I call to see what time they are bringing me the vehicle and they try to push it back ANOTHER day. On top of all of this one of the salesman was rude to my dad when he was trying to ask questions. He wouldnt even look at him and answer he kept looking straight at me. Overall worst experience Ive ever had with enterprise. It was so exhausting that I was even excited about my purchase anymore. I will not be recommending anyone else purchase a vehicle from them. I wanted to right about the continued negative experience I had with enterprise. So while waiting on them to get my car ready they had me stay in a rental vehicle and said they would cover the costs since mine wasnt ready. After they finally had my car done, I noticed on my bank account there was a charge for the rental for over $100. I called and let the manager know back in February that this had occurred. He told me that he would get it taken care of. After about a week I called back to see what was going on since I still showed a that same charge on my account. He told me it wasnt that easy because I rented the vehicle from Tyler so they would have to fix the charge. So patiently I waited for him to call me and let me know what was going on. He never did. For weeks I was the one calling to see why the money had not been returned to me and he just kept saying he would get it fixed. Finally we enter the month of July and the money is STILL not returned to me. So I called and the manager acted all shocked like this is unbelievable. He then says let him reach out to a supervisor and see whats going on. Im thinking why wasnt that the first thing you did?! Finally I take it upon myself to call and speak to a supervisor and he said he was refunding the money at that very moment, which was July 10th. I said ok great when should I expect to see it on my account again? He then told me Tuesday (July 11th), the latest Wednesday (July 12th) So I never saw a refund on those days, but decided Id give it until Friday. NOTHING!!! Finally I called the Plano location again and tried to speak with the manager but they said he was out of town. I then spoke with the financial manager and he said he would look into it and call me back. He then sends me an email later saying that the money had been refunded. I asked him what account did they send it to because it wasnt mine. Come to find out the reason why I didnt see it on my account was because they didnt refund it until July 20th! The day that the financial advisor called over to see what was the hold up! So they lied about ever refunding the money!! On top of all this my brakes continue to squeak and no one can figure out whats wrong and they said the brakes and everything was brand new! Ive tried to speak with the area manager about my experience but never received a returned phone call. Im soooo upset with Enterprise and wish I would have NEVER purchased a vehicle from them! All they were worried about was getting my money and said the hell with me afterwards! What an awful first car shopping experience!!

What can I not say about this place? Amazing, perfect, stress free car buying experience! My husband and I had been looking for a Chrysler 300 for about 3 months, but it was never quite what we were looking for. We never would have thought of looking through a rental company. We were out of town working in Houston, my husband got a call from Tyler Stowe with Enterprise Car Sales, looking for Mary something-or-other. He said this isnt Mary, but we happen to be looking for a car... Tyler asked what we were looking for, he said they just got one with 32K miles on it! We explained we were out of town for the next couple days, but have a substantial down payment and would be glad to check it out when we were back in Dallas. He called us when we were back in town, he was very friendly and we set up a day to come check it out. I checked their website, saw every car has a Car-fax available, which I found to be a good sign about the dealership. My husband and I do not have good credit, they work with 15 different lenders so you can get approved (ours is all the way in Louisiana). We had 4500 to put down, so they got our payments down to 340 a month for a 2010, 32K mile Chrysler 300 Touring. Tyler had Enterprise drive the car down from Arlington to Plano, which saved us quite some time. He is a genuine guy who knows what hes doing, and you can definitely trust him. Coming from the Galleria, we were always running late cuz of traffic, he stayed late just for us. When we had to explain why our DP was only 4500 when we had told him 5K the first thing he asked was if our sick bird was ok. He actually cared too, thats when I knew I was writing him a review he deserves. When we picked the car up, he told us the front tire was looking low so he took it to Firestone and had them put a whole new wheel on it. He even hand detailed the car for us. People say buying a rental is always bad, but all of their cars are basically brand new. We walked the whole lot and never saw one vehicle with over 40K miles on it, or older than 3 years. Most of their cars are American. All of Enterprises cars come certified, and usually with the low miles you still have a Manufacturers warranty, as well as a warranty they offer. Our car came with the Manufacturers Warranty, 38K mile bumper to bumper, and the 100k power train warranties. We couldnt have asked for a smoother experience, stop looking and come here! Thank you Tyler we absolutely LOVE our new car! Enterprise Plano went the extra mile, thanks so much.

I had a really great experience buying from this location. I had done some looking online a few weeks prior to going out and it only looked like they had the base model of most vehicles. I wasnt looking for anything super fancy, but I wanted a newer car with a few of the bells and whistles. I went to a CarMax location and was absolutely underwhelmed with their selection and then went to a dealership and had a terrible experience with a pushy sales rep. When I pulled up to the Enterprise sales lot, low and behold, there was the exact car that I had my eye on, a 2015 Hyundai Sonata in black. I met with Josh and he took me to take a look and it had most of the features that I was hoping for. The only thing that it didnt have was a back up camera, and frankly turning my head still works pretty well when I back up so that wasnt a big deal. Josh was extremely friendly and genuine during the entire process and made buying a car really easy. I was waiting on a settlement check to clear from the insurance company from my totaled car and they let me go ahead and write them a check and they waited to cash it until my settlement check had cleared. Their financing guys were great and got me exactly what I was looking to pay by taking the time to pit 2 different banks against each other to try to drive my rate as low as possible. They set me up with their window tint guy and we got the windows tinted that week too! I was really dreading having to go through the process and the pain of buying a new car but these guys made it easy and fast. I was in and out within a couple of hours on a Saturday and had the rest of my weekend to enjoy. I cannot recommend these guys enough - if you are looking for a used car you absolutely NEED to pay them a visit.
