Went into this location to exchange a pair of shoes and before even looking at the shoes the employee said Nope we dont have em. Then I said well Ill just return them then. Still not looking at the shoes she says well the problem with these is that they look like they have been worn (as shes turning the shoe over) The shoes were never worn and perfect on the bottom. Her name was Trina, he was so rude from the minute I walked in the door and so was the man working with her. Never got a greeting or anything. Told her to call the manager and not even sure if she really did but said cant help u. Doesnt help Im 9 months pregnant. Just ridiculous the treatment!
