Ok so we bought $1500 worth of coats online. I came to the store to exchange color and size and the manager told me "she isnt allowed to give out bags" when I asked for one (as I was carrying 4 coats thru the mall and they dont send you a bag in the mail). She then said she would make an "exception" and gave me a bag. Why tell me? Why even risk me returning $1500 of coats because I was angry about a bag? Young professionals these days either get it or they dont. This woman did NOT get it. I think that helped be the tipping point for my decision NOT to keep the Treymaya coat and maybe Ill go over to Eddie Bauer and try on some. They have won with style over TNF this year anyway. Ugh.

Staff was very friendly and welcomed me into the store. The layout of the store was very nice and all of the products were laid out nicely. The store is bright and open and features their top end products nicely.
