I dont want to start this review with warning words of "do not go" and "stay away", but I do want to warn potential customers of what their experience may emulate: - This dealership is participating in TrueCar and you will get a guaranteed price certificate that looks like the below. When we spoke to this gentleman by the name of Peter on t he phone he also agreed that the MSRP will be discounted by this certificate value and then taxes and DMV fees of around $2100 will be added. This so called "Certificate" shows two discounts that this dealer participates in and it is supposed to save you time, frustration going around - first discount is the Mitsubishi Factory Rebate of $2,000, followed by Certified Dealer MSRP Discount of $3,190. Total GUARANTEED savings of $5190. Thats all great, however as we drove from Burbank to Anaheim to meet with Peter he started scrambling numbers and then after talking to his Manager told us that ACTUALLY, it will be only a $2000 rebate discount and the other $3190 will not be applicable because ($500 was a military discount, $500 plus another $500 were Mitsubishi loyalty discounts and somehow he couldnt even account for what the rest of the promised discounts were, but he assured us that they were not applicable). - Under the printed MSRP price this gentleman also added $899 for destination charge of the vehicle because the vehicle was imported from Japan....This fee was also not advised when inquiring on the out of the door cost of the car. I could care less if this is standard or normal...I havent paid destination charges on my previous vehicles and this fee should have been disclosed to us SOONER. - So this gentleman, Peter, not only raised the out of the door price of the car by $3190 for the non-existing/non-applicable Certified Dealer Discounts, but added another $899 of destination charges. I read some of other of the reviews and it seems that this dealership has rather amazing practice of increasing the price of the car. - I saved the best for last. I have excellent credit scores as seen below. This dealer pulled my credit report BEFORE even advising the increase in price of $4000. Who does that??? Would any professional first try to communicate that his asking price has increased before proceeding to running any credit reports. The best part was this guy had zero clue on what credit bureau they have used to pull their data. His manager yelled behind the wall that it was Experian. So they used Experian...hmmmmm...that is so funny because my monitoring service for TransUnion showed these folks running my credit report and my score as Excellent. However, we soon realized that that falsified FICO score of 699 was just to get more money of us. This gentleman said that not only the car now will cost additional $4000, but also the 0% financing is not applicable to any sales with rebates and I would need to pay an interest rate of 5.99%. - I do have monitoring service for TransUnion and Equifax, but not Experian. I have requested my credit report and then will decide whether it will warrant a walk to the small claims court. They pulled my TransUnion report and regardless of everything they failed to disclose they did and if they did the score on that report should have matched my real-time score from my credit monitoring service. The bottom line is: - do not make any attempts to get anything below $1000 of MSRP - they will tell you that you are not eligible, then if they give you $2000 off, then they will add another thousand for destination charges, and then finally, and this is very important: if you take their $2000 off "rebate" you will not be eligible for their 0% financing and regardless of your score they will try to convince you that 5.99% is what you should be paying. In order to qualify for the 0% financing you MUST pay the MSRP value. If not, then...I think you get the point.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I was in the market for a truck for my wife. We saw a couple of couple that met our criteria at Anaheim Mitsubishi so we decided to head there on Sunday to check them out. After test driving both trucks, the sales rep, Peter, gave us the price and we headed out to grab a bit and look at one other truck that we were looking at down the street. When I called back to discuss the price they said they would work more on the price but we needed to be physically there in order to receive the offer. Kind of sounded like the nightmare car buying experience we all want to avoid. In the end we drove back to “hear” the offer. What we got was a surprise. The price didn’t go down it went up and the claim was that the vehicle we were looking at was the wrong one and they made a mistake. Ok, so that could happen. When inquired about the other truck that price ALSO had gone up. At this point I had wasted four hours with my wife and 5 year old son in tow. The best part was that the sales manager wouldn’t come out from behind his office to have a discussion. The sales rep requested that I sit down and talk about pricing-really? After what seemed like an awful lot like two bait and switches I decided that I wanted to see the Wizard of OZ that was hiding behind the enclosed wall having his “I can’t really do anything sales rep” play intermediary. So at that point I confronted the Carlos De La Luz the sales manager. That of course resulted in no satisfaction and complete disappointment and waste of time. Later the next day my wife decided to see if they would honor the price they originally gave us. Via text they said they would but when she confirmed before heading out they changed the price again! The next day we found a new F150 and paid cash. They lost a good customer with the means to purchase a car and in exchange received this glowing review. Avoid at all costs. Read the BBB and Yelp reviews about them. Something I should have done. Their reputation is well documented and unfortunately not dissimilar to our experience.

*****Buyers Beware***** This place has the worst service that I have ever experienced within any dealership. They are very deceptive with their pricing and do not disclose any additional charges for a BS detail job in their advertisements. In addition, they do not stick to their own dealer provided warranty and tries to stick their customers for repairs for which they are responsible for. I recently purchased a used 2008 BMW 135I and within the first 2 weeks, ended up having to take the car in for repairs because they left a panel off the back of the passenger headlamp, resulting in me getting water damage during car wash and shorting out the passenger side lighting system. They made me bring the car back for a few days to get repaired, had me pay for my own rental car charges, and even tried to charge me for half of the repair on what is obviously a "Safety Concern". I still have a non functioning adaptive lighting system as a result and they refuse to cover any expense in repairing it. My car was also brought in for a service engine light that cut on during mid drive back to the dealer. They did nothing to resolve the issue and gave me the car back with a reset computer. Now I have lost all of my next servicing dates for the vehicle. Luckily enough, I was able to get an independent mechanic to resolve the issue and discovered that I had a leak from a valve gasket dripping oil into my spark plugs. All in all, my mechanic was able to resolve the issue and fixed the issue with the service light. Turns out, my error was a result of a misfire due to the leaking oil. I cant think of any reason why the dealership could not discover the same thing as they had the car for days compared to my mechanic having it all of a few hours. This dealership does not like to take responsibility for their products when things go wrong and will try every way possible to stick the cost to the customer. I recommend any serious buyer to go somewhere else.
