I don’t normally write reviews but this one seemed fitting. I relocated to San Diego and was in need of a “newer” car. I found one in Santa Anna at the “Car Store” which is a pretty far drive from here. I spoke to one of the salespeople and he walked me through the car and sent me a ton of pictures convincing me this was the one I was looking for. I took the train down and was picked up by Javier (who is absolutely hysterical) at the train station and he took me to the car store. The car (2008 BMW X5) was exactly as described and drove amazingly. Carlo (the manager) was great to deal with too. You could tell he really had my best interest at heart and made the financing, licensing and taxes really easy. It was a nice drive home in the new car (down the coast). When my tags arrived, Carlo sent them to me overnight to save me another trip up to Santa Anna. These guys seemed to be having a lot of fun while working which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. If you’re considering these guys, do yourself a favor and give them a try. The best place Ive ever dealt with. Carlo always sticks to his word. Pepe is one of the greatest guys and never makes me feel like Im an inconvenience, they ALWAYS take care of me and my car. I never have to worry. I got in a car accident and they fixed my car and I had it back 3 days later. I never write reviews but I am so grateful for these guys and everything they do.
