My previous experience with Tustin Toyota was mainly with service advisor Loren Rogers in their superior service department before I sold my Toyota Tundra. When I became interested in the TRD Pro 4runner I decided to contact their sales department since the vehicle was hard to find as well as most dealerships price gouging this vehicle. I spoke to sales manager Mario Arellano who had told me that they would be getting one in within the week. He introduced me to my salesman Ray Golden who kept my abreast of what was happening with the vehicle. When it finally arrived I was given first right on purchase but there were other parties interested in the vehicle. Unfortunately I wasnt able to come back to purchase the vehicle do to personal issues. So I told them to please go ahead and sell the vehicle to the next person in line. To their credit they told me they would hold on to the vehicle for however long I needed. Fast forward several months later I had been keeping in touch with both Ray and Mario as to if Toyota would be releasing the TRD Pro 4runner for 2017 as there was no information at all just some speculation on some websites. As soon as it was announced that they would be selling the Pro in cement colored I contacted Mario who told me they would be getting a cement colored one soon. Ray then contacted me with all the details of the vehicle they would be in. He told me once they had a VIN number they could spec one out in the configuration that I wanted. So after some waiting Ray contacted me with the VIN number and I configured the vehicle the way I liked and pre contracted the vehicle. At that point I was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks for the vehicle to arrive so imagine my surprise when After 1 week 1/2 Ray contacts me that the car is in. Now being that this vehicle is highly sought after there wasnt much we could do on the price of the vehicle but Ray tried his darndest to get us the most competitive price which he did on the color that I wanted. Ray and Mario truly understand what customer service is as they listen to your wants and needs are and try to get you the exact vehicle you want or if you dont know they list options that are close to what you want. Lastly any preconceived notions you might have about finance managers please put them away Anthony Pitassi is fantastic he took the time to make sure we understood all the products that were being offered all the while with a smile on his face not that this was a big waste of his time. This enabled us the ability to select the items we needed. Honestly Tustin Toyota understands that dealerships are founded by the relationship they make with their clientele. I wish all car buying experiences could be like this.

Our experience with Tustin Toyota started with Jeremy at the used car dealship. He gave us good perspective of our basic Tundra and Tacoma options. He recommended that we talk with Ryan, if we wanted to look at new product. After making an inquiry with another dealer, we walked into Tustin Toyota without an appointment and asked for Ryan. He was enthusiastic and helpful from the start! We discussed various options and took a test drive of a TRD Sport. A week later, he set up a test with Andy Freeman in an SR5 longbed. Andy was very accommodating and familiar with the trucks, so his knowledge was beneficial in answering my questions! After determining that the Premium package was truly a premium price, we learned that the dealers had more latitude with pricing on the non-Premium trucks. We requested "best" price from 6 dealers, with complete responses from 3. Ryans offer was very fair, although the truck in stock wasnt exactly what we wanted. Andy put extra effort into obtaining a truck from Long Beach that completely fit the bill, in time for our Saturday appointment. Ryan had the two trucks set up, side-by-side, for us to evaluate. Great tactic! While the price of the "Long Beach" truck was marginally-higher than the in-stock truck, Andy & Ryan honored the previously-quoted discount. Please I love the extra features it has!!! It appears Ryan gave the sale to Andy, since he obtained the truck. Andy took is through the truck and accessory pricing and was very considerate and humorous. On the hand-off to Anthony Pitassi, Andy made sure we could have some food by giving us a Subway coupon. Anthony too was very professional and informative; he made it clear as to what our options were for future care and feeding of our purchase. Andy was back to take us through the delivery process and the quality of the clean-up from Service was a delighter! Thank you all for making the experience reasonably-painless. It did take about 3-3/4 hours to work through everything, but we felt like we were well-informed the whole time. And I will be able to use your shuttle service for maintenance and talk with Jorge about cool accessories to plug on the truck. Oh, please have someone call me when our bed mat and spare tire lock come in. Thank you, again, for working hard to earn our business. Sincerely, Todd Nydam

New car purchase review. I had a very good experience with Adrian Romero and Robert at Tustin Toyota. I went into Longo and Claremont Toyota looking for a 2014.5 Camry SE and came out with horrible experiences . Longo floor salesman could not even beat their own internet sales price. I also got online quotes through many dealership websites in so cal before discovering this dealership. I filled out a form and got pricing back from Adrian Romero from the internet fleet. I sent him a couple replies explaining our experience with Longo and Claremont and he basically gave me an OTD price a little bit lower than Longo and Claremonts best price. I called Adrian to let him know were coming. We got there, and the receptionist paged Adrian. He met us and had us wait in the showroom while he went to go get the car. The dealership showroom is nice and modern. Theres a nice lounge with a Keurig dispenser and snacks. There are many Toyota and Scion models in there for you to run around and jump into like at a carshow. Longo and Claremont does not even have a showroom. Anyway Adrian meets us out in the front with the Camry. We take a look at it. With only 6 miles, its good. No need for a test drive because we have already done so at Longo and Claremont. The MSRP was a little bit more than Longo or Claremonts Camry so it ended up being a better deal for us. We head in to start the paperwork and he has the car washed and gas filled up. After credit check, we qualified for 0% apr for 60 months. We head to financing for Robert to finish up the paperwork. There was no pressure to purchase anything extra. They just have to offer/explain warranties so hes just doing his job. Everything was explained and we signed away. Thank you Adrian Romero and Robert for a quick and easy transaction. You guys are very professional and honored your price. A few days later I found out that there was a minor part missing from the pre delivery inspection and Adrian was able to get me the parts plus front license plate holder without me having to take the car in, saving time waiting for the service dept. Thanks again for the excellent service even after the sale. I suggest you know which model you want, shop around, and Adrian will do his best to beat that price.
