The service department is uncoordinated and LAZY. I have bought 2 cars from here and while the buying experience was decent, after the car has been sold to you it feels like I have become just another problem for them to deal with. The first car I bought when I took home I noticed had white marks on the interior from what looked like their inspection. Normally a soap pen is used or other erasable marking. After finding out it later that no matter what I used I couldnt scrub it off, I decided to take it back to the dealership. I showed them the marks on the rear interior liftgate the dashboard and behind the center console and they told me they couldnt remove it either and that they would have to have their detailer remove it but he only came by one day a week. They said they would call me to have me come in when they expected him again, they never did. Not long after that I went to use my cargo cover and as I pulled it out, one of the little nubs popped off and on closer inspection I realized it had broken. When I brought it back they told me they dont fix the cargo cover but they would see if they could get it replaced. Again I never got any word. I didnt come back for about 2 years after that when I decided to get myself a Dodge Charger. Again the buying experience was good. I decided to get their best coverage plan (I assume Platinum is it.) Which by the way doesnt have a road hazard warranty for you tires which I was disappointed to find out after getting a flat in the first month. I was glad I got it anyway because my car had an electronics failure and I lost all control of my dashboard with my air conditioning stuck on high heat. When I took it in they shuttled me home and shortly after I got a call saying they will probably have to keep it for a day or so. I then asked about getting my rental car as covered in my Platinum coverage paid for and they told me I could not get a rental car because apparently it wont get approved unless the service center knows what is wrong with my car if that makes any sense at all. I argued and after several "My hands are tied" implications from the service center I gave up. It was the next day they told me that one of the computers had frozen and they had to reset it. Seriously took 2 days to reset a computer? Today I went in to get a free oil change. When I got there I was told I might have to wait an hour so they suggested I wait in the main show room where they have their TV and someone would come get me as soon as the car was done. I waited patiently watching TV until I realized over 2 hours had gone by. When I walked back up to the service desk the same guy who did my paperwork was sitting there and I asked how much longer it was going to take. He told me they were just finishing up my paperwork. When I got to the cashier I asked if it was normal to have to wait over 2 hours for an oil change and he explained my car had been ready for over an hour. They had completely forgotten I was even there. I was pretty irritated and asked to speak to the manager (whom I had seen in his office when I walked in because it was the same manager that was there when I bought my car) and I was told "The manager isnt here today". I told him I saw the manager when I came in and the guy didnt have a reply. Sorry for the long comment but I dont normally care enough to complain about things so I have been putting this off for a number of years.

For starters, I gave this place one star because thats the lowest I could do.This is the worst dealership I have ever visited. I was excited for the purchase of my first car and wanted nothing else but a Jeep. I went in there and requested to see the Jeep Patriot, since that was the model I was first interested in. I was very disappointed when the salesperson that was “assisting me” told me that as a first time buyer I was probably not qualified and that my credit was too horrible for me to qualify anyways. It was very strange for me to hear this, since at that time I had been looking at used jeeps and not anything new. He tried really hard to sell me the Dodge Dart, a car I was never interested in and did not know anything about. I told him repeatedly that I wanted a Jeep and that sedans did not appeal to me. He ignored my concerns and kept pushing the Dart. Surprisingly, the Dart was “the ONLY” car in the lot that I qualified for. Automatically I became suspicious and told him I would think about it overnight. As a first time buyer, I was overwhelmed and completely distraught by the whole experience. They made me feel as if I would not be able to get a car anywhere so I should just settle for the Dart if I really wanted a new car. I left and came back the next day with my mother. They still pressed the Dart and when I said I had done more research and had found the Jeep I wanted somewhere else and was going to try to get financed there, magically they found “loop holes” and lowered the Dart’s monthly payments. They asked for my social again and when the sales person came back, he said “oh man we had the wrong social all this time. That’s why it was so expensive before.” Really? The wrong social? When he said this I knew in that moment that I was not going to be a customer here ever. They had my correct social because they talked to me about my specific credit facts that I was already aware of. How could they have done that without having my correct social in the first place after running the credit check? This place is just a web of lies. DO NOT trust anybody here. This is an expensive decision you are about to make, so do not go with people that have proven time and time again that their customers mean nothing to them. It’s sad that the Jeep brand is represented by these people in a place where the words trustworthiness, consideration and customer service do not exist. Please, avoid this place and go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else where they will treat you with respect. UPDATE: Shirley, I dont know how you guys can make it better at this point. There is no resolution to this issue at this point. I already purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep from OC Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They offered and continue to offer me great service. I love my Jeep and my dealers commitment to continuing serving me even after my purchase. With all these bad service center reviews from your location, there is no chance I will be taking me Jeep there. Im just glad I waited and did not get discouraged by your location and sales people. Im glad no one received credit/commission off of me there. They dont deserve it based on their quality of service they delivered. .

The Sales department is fantastic! Im young for purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler, so its hard to find a dealership that isnt condescending and not harassing you about how on earth you can afford a new vehicle. Unfortunately I didnt end up purchasing my Jeep from them, only because I was able to haggle someone else down. But I would 100% go there again for my next purchase!! They will literally do everything possible to ensure a positive sales experience, and make sure that you get what you want! However, their service department is not to stellar. Attempted their service department three times, because I thought it might be an of day from them the first two times. The first incident took an extremely long time to get my oil changed, but they were busy so I was patient. The next time I sent my gf to get the oil changed. She spent over 30 minutes waiting for someone to talk to her, and then another two hours for them to change her oil. She went up to the counter to ask about the delay, and the person told her to wait, because is wasnt done. Finally after her third attempt asking about the Jeep she ask a different individual at the service department, and they said that they were looking for her for over an hour! I thought I would try it one last time, because I really loved them at first. I waited for some time to be greeted or acknowledged, only to be told to wait again. While they laughed, talked, and checked their cell phones I waited patiently. Eventually I went up their to ask an estimated time for waiting, and they then told me that they cannot help me today because they are all booked for the rest of the day! Mind you, I had called that morning to check their availability and 15 minutes before I left to go there. I ended up leaving, and I will not go back there to get serviced again. I wasnt happy about how they treated my gf or their other customers while I was there. I thought that since they were so great at sales they would be great at service. Wrong! If you are looking for a dealership to purchase this is the one! But if you are looking for helpful service you are probably better off going somewhere else local.
