I do not belive this place is even worthty of one star we drove from Menifee Ca in the night and as well as this morning to come check a vehicle i was intrested in purchasing but i do not belive that i will be coming back anytime soon because i am in the sales indrusty and this place has the worst customer service i have ever experienced ; 3 employees saw us walk in and out without greeting us or even offering us service. we sat in their show room for 20 minutes and 10 minutes in the lot and nobody offered to help us.It was as if they taught i liked i their table and was just visting their show room .And they werent even busy they were just looking at each other. This place was a waste of my day that I could have spent with my family.

My wife has had her car serviced here for years, and had 2 sets of new tires, even though they wore out within 20-30k miles. When she brought her car in for service, surprise, surprise, she needed new tires again. Despite having a warranty that was within the mileage (22K), they dealer claimed we did not inflate the tires properly (she always brought the car in for service on time), which voided the warranty. As she was pushing back to the service guy, he became rude, and started ignoring her when it became clear that we were done with them. They did not try to resolve the issue, and treated her badly.

The guys at AutoNation Ford, Tustin, particularly Daryle and Sean, did a great job at finding me the best deal possible. I ended up buying a 2017 Fusion, 0% interest rate, a ton of rebates. Ford Credit was a little tough to deal with, but the guys at AutoNation were not. I highly recommend you check them out.

I recently purchased a new Raptor 2017 and Zach Vasquez made the whole experience great. He was very attentive and a great email/phone communicator. Made the purchase process very easy. Im very happy with my new purchase and with the service I received from Auto Nation in specific with Zach and Jillian.
