I was looking for a second car for the wife and kids to run around town in and save on gas. I thought the Kia soul was good place to start until I got to the dealership. Wow... I dont usually buy brand new cars from dealership basically because its too expensive and I am not a fan of car salesmen.. I started at this dealership and went to about 5 others and I learned a valuable lesson. I am not a dealership customer. I have great credit and I dont need to finance through them in order to get a car. Basically my goal is to get the best out the door price. That being said this industry is amazingly dishonest and I would warn anyone not to buy cars from a dealership. I was lied to about there 1.9% percent financing. They give you a $500 credit if you use Kia finance, but the interest rate turns into 3.9% if you use it. There all kinds of bizarre numbers in there "full disclosure" that my sales person admitted he didnt understand. The worse part for me is that they ran my credit, wasted my time and showed a lack of personal integrity. I feel bad for the "sheep" that walk into a dealership with bad credit and no money. You will get screwed!!! Why I gave this company an Excellent review.. Hmmmm For the most part the sale person was a nice guy. I cant fault him for the system he has to work in!! Moreover, their professional apologist Sabrina Zuniga did call me and was really nice. I am not the right fit for a dealership and that is not their fault. So they did sort of win on customer service because that is all they did for me. I did find a used KIA on Craigslist at the price I think the car is really worth. I guess I will go to Allstar Kia for service on my remaining 60,000 warranty. I hope I dont have too???!!! In summary - get your finances in order people so you dont get screwed homie (nick diaz style)!

This is the worst dealership ever ! I dont recommend it at all , I purchased a car 4 months ago and as I was driving to work and to drop off my kids at school. The car maid a loud noise and completely turns off and leaves me and kids stranded in the fwy . We were all very scared I had to call towing assistance they take the car to the dealer , my husband & I lost a day of work . The dealership said there not responsible for the car that the warrantee doesnt cover the problem. The repair manager was not helpful at all they were giving us the round around . All this time we had no transportation at all , You would think that if you go purchase a vehicle at a certified dealership is for you to have reliable transportation the worst thing of it all is that we had to argue with them to get some time of rental so we can some type of transportation . They had our car for over a month finally they give it back to us in no good condition the car is still acting up , now there saying that its another problem and that warrantee doesnt cover the issue . This people are a joke we are making monthly payments on a car that doesnt work. In that case I believe that a used car sold in the street is more reliable then this dealership. We went to a dealership to buy a car so we wont be in the situation that were in with a no car or transportation this is robbery coming from the dealership. Why would they sale a non working car. My advise to everyone is dont purchase no vehicles here everyone is rude and they sale you non working cars.

I would not go here again!!!!! First off I scheduled my appointment for Friday July 29th @ 2 pm. I called that morning to confirm the time and I was told they didnt have me down for an appointment at all but to come in and they will help me. I went in at about 1:30 pm for an oil change and payed for the package that costs 79.99. I was told that includes a tire rotation plus a tire pressure check but the tire rotation and pressure check was never completed. It took 4 hours to get my car back and I was told everything was completed. My front tire has had a slow leak for about a month now and when I called the dealership last month to see if I could get it fixed I was told to call america tires in chino and that the dealership doesnt fix leaks. Well I never took it to get fixed. The day after I got my oil changed my tire sensor came on to alert me that my air pressure was low so I went to the gas station to check all the tires, since a rotation was supposed to be done I didnt know which tire would be low, Well to my surprise it was the same right tire that it always was. I called the dealership to complain and spoke with Service Manager Dave and I was told to come in but that they were very busy so I would have to wait probably about 3 hours to get the car checked. I was not waiting anymore. The fact that I waited 4 hours already to not get my car serviced the way I was told and now to wait again. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO KIA POMONA OR RECOMMENDING YOU TO ANYONE. I bought 2 cars from you. SHAME ON YOU!!

Memorial Day weekend, I spent several days sorting through the True Car app new car offers and the most affordable car for our families needs, was a standard 2017 KIA Forte 5. We received a True Car guaranteed price of $13,200 from a Kia Dealership in Cerritos. I called other KIA Dealerships and checked if they would match the offer. Joelene Bradley, in charge of internet sales at KIA of Orange told me she talked to her boss and they were going to match the offer for the exact standard 2017 KIA Forte 5, no extras, no gimmicks and she said the car was there waiting for us. I made three phone calls confirming this was the truth. We drove a long way to sit for 5 hours as they tried to sell me a car with $3900 of added optional features that I did not need nor did we agree to on the True Car app, as the selling price. After moving up the smoke and mirrors sales chain, I spoke with the general manager who told me that "Joelene" made a mistake and she is getting fired. (Guess whos still working there?) He bragged about personally making $10,000 that weekend off of people who were clueless! We left there and went to KIA of Pomona and what a difference! We were met by sales staff who stood by their True Car price because they are true business professionals. Daniel Ponce at internet sells was very pleasant and honest! Thanks again KIA of Pomona for standing for integrity when you sell your name brand. Sadly, not all dealerships do!

WOW.. this place is a joke.. First off, i had some elexctrical issue and had to take my car in. I had an appointment at 9:00am on 8-13-14. I went in early around 8:00am due to ride issue. They told me it would take 3 hours to get it checked out! Told me there were 15 cars ahead of mine. Okay thats fine, and then one of the first thing they say is "we will charge you $104 if we find nothing wrong with it." Seriously?? i drove 20 miles because my heater on driver seat and rear view camera has stopped working. That is my fault?? without even saying "sorry for the inconvenience or we will do best to help you out," instead, "were going to have to charge you $104 if it is not KIAs fault". What Im more upset about is the attitude. As I was about to say " thats the first time hearing about it," he just starts to go off and tell me "well, if i didnt tell you over the phone, its in the book!" These guys are not out to help, but instead to make money off you. They could care less about what the issue is or not, just worried about covering their asses. Bunch of unprofessional and rude people. I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALRSHIP.
