i HATE the car buying experience but both my purchases from OC Nissan were positive experiences. I first leased an Altima from them in 09 and again just yesterday (Feb 2nd, 2012). Both times I walked out happy with my purchase and the staff were more than great to work with. UPDATE: Jan 2015 - Its a Threefer. Another Altima from Imperio Nissan (Formerly OC Nissan of Irvine). Sam Klein is still there and still running a good dealership. Was looking for a change this time and contacted the local Honda dealership (practically next door to this Nissan dealership) They were nice but not really willing to give me much of a deal. Plus the Honda Accord driver side of the cabin had practically no knee room and overall the interior wasnt as nice IMHO. UPDATE #2 - Jan 2015 - A week + with my new 2015 Altima and its a nice improvement over the previous two Altimas Ive leased, especially the interior which is much more upscale looking (in my tan/black two tone). Im very much enjoying the already 10% improvement in gas milage with such a new car. That should improve even more once everything in broken in a bit. Loved the seats in the 12 model and these new NASA inspired zero gravity seats seem more cushy. The door seems to offer a bit more legroom (always a problem for my 63" frame) and makes getting in and out easier. My 90 year old mom finds it easier to get in and out of than previous models too. Thanks to Sam Klein again, as well as Internet sales rep Adrian who helped me and worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. Again theyve earned 5 stars from me. [Back to my previous reviews] - ------- I want to single out stunning Sydney Woolley (and the rest of the staff), who helped me back in 09 with leasing my first Altima 2.5 S and helped me keep it in top running condition and looking shiny and new up to the day I traded it in for a 12 Altima 2.5 S with the 20th Anniversary package. With my latest lease the entire staff, from the beautiful Marie Goodrow, who first contacted me to say theyd give me a great deal on my trade-in (and they did), to the easy going Sales Manager Perry Koster, who throughout the sale made sure I was made to feel at ease and happy with my purchase, to the most helpful Herbert Gamboa who walked with me through the lot to find the car I wanted and was deferential to my needs, to chatting with the General Manager, Sam Klein, about our experiences with knee surgery while waiting to finish up the paperwork, to master of paperwork, Robert Pinarija, who made the chore of dealing with forms pleasurable. I want to thank the service staff who over the years gave me fast service, found a problem with my battery that I didnt even know I had, and replaced it free, and generally did a terrific job every time. If there were a AAA rating Id give it to them.

I could write for days about how great this dealership is and why you should go here if you can. Let me first start off by giving credit to the professional, courteous, and downright pleasant. Fernando Levario, the GM, is not only professional, but very helpful and knowledgeable. I have purchased 2 vehicles from him. He will take care of you! Do not let the size of this dealership deter you in any way. Fernando just scored me a 2017 Pro 4x from a dealer in Riverside and was willing to let his one of his salespeople drive with me up to Riverside to pick up the truck as a dealer trade. Fernando also hooked me up with free installation of a bed extender that I wanted. He also took care of a factory defect with no questions asked. The whole process of working with him is simple and fast. The Salesperson who sold me the truck is Shaka Canulli. She was nice and fun to buy the truck from. Go see her or Fernando for your next Nissan. If they do not have it on the lot, they will do WHATEVER it takes to get it. Sure they want to make money, but they make it with the customer in mind, unlike all dealers I went to prior to going to them. Also, Fernando Hernandez in the service department is awesome and will also take care of you, along with Mark. Also, Johnny is the sales department really helped out with my bed extender ordering and was very nice and even let me borrow a car to go to work while they installed it with no questions asked or any hassles and got it done quickly. Thanks Fernando in service! It is the loyalty and dedication this dealer provides that I have never experienced anywhere else. If you do not believe me, just tell them Aaron sent you – I am well known there LOL. Also, they have great coffee!!!

Theres A Very Good Reason Why I Gave This Particular Dealer 5STARS! As A First Time Buyer I Went A Little Scetchy Cause Of The history Ive Had Of Going To Other Dealers So I Went For The First Time At OC Nissan IRVINE. I Love Nissan But The Other Dealerships Were Very Lazy And Didnt Show Much Respect. One This I Will Say If Your A First Timer Like I Was Is That You Should Take Someone With Experience (Just Incase). But THE REAL REASON I Went To Oc Nissan IRVINE Is Because Of The General Manager Sam. When I First Spoke With Sam I Knew That Was The Place To Go Cause Not Only Did He Talk To Me With Respect And Kindness, He Had Patience And The Drive To Help Me In Any Way To Get My First Car. Long Story Short. My Mother Is Improving Her Bankrupt Credit And I Myself Didnt Have Good Credit. My Mother Co Signed For Me We Put A Low Down Payment And Came Out With An 09 NISSAN ALTIMA!!!! Just What I Wanted, (09) Was My Favorite Year. So Dont Be Afraid Nor Hesitant To Call, Trust Me You Will Be Happy You Made The Call. DEFINITLEY Coming Back Here To Get My Girlfriend A Car And I DEFINITLEY Recommend You Coming Here As Well. Dont go here. They will do anything for a sale even if its a complete lie. Abby was our sales rep, he lied to close the deal. We were about to walk away, when Abby and the finance team agreed to pay the first two months of loan. That closed the deal for us. However, they ONLY paid the first month. After calling Abby multiple times within the first month, to get our check they promised, he kept saying he would figure it out with the finance manager. Eventually Abby started ignoring my calls. We went back in to the dealership to talk with the finance team and prompted to wait until they finished paperwork with a mad customer that was returning their vehicle... go figure, probably lied to them too. After waiting 45 mins the finance team was available and we asked to go in. The front desk said to give them a minute and they would be right with us. After a few more minutes they started helping another customer with paperwork. We left at this point as they dont care about you once the deal has closed. I called back to speak with a manager and he said he would get back asap. He called back a short time later and said they only agreed to 1 payment. I drove back at this point to speak with the manager and finance manager. They both blatantly lied to my face saying they dont recall ever making that deal. All in all, they will spit out lie after lie, to get a sale. Avoid this place like the plague...
