Long story short: owner is racist, chauvinistic, and makes you feel insignificant. IF YOU HAVE LANDED ON THIS DEALERSHIPS REVIEWS, STOP AND READ: Have you ever been to a place and felt like you were inadequate, or have you ever felt like you did not belong in a certain social class, or have you ever been in a sexist situation where a woman is not sub-par to a males chauvinistic way of life? Well, at Highline Auto Group the owner HIMSELF will make sure you experience all of them simultaneously at his dealership/home. Upon, arrival, my significant other and I began inspecting a car that was in our interest, while the owner stood at a distance on his phone (thats fine hes a busy "man" he was probably handling some business.) We waited and stood near the car for about 10 minutes hoping he would approach us, but he was still on his phone, so we approached him, and he let us in to his office while still on the phone. He began with "What can I do for you?," so we expressed our interest in said vehicle. He asked about my intentions and what my credit was like (the usual car sales bs), whilst observing me from head to toe, as I was dressed in my work clothes–I work in construction. My SO then began saying how we would like to take the car for a test drive, as we had already inspected it and just wanted to make sure the car drove well. He interrupted my SO mid sentence, and began speaking to me asking me if I had collateral to put down for the test drive, because he wanted to know I was "serious" about purchasing the car. He then asked me if I could "afford it" as he so-lovingly put it, but little did he know, my SO was purchasing the vehicle. Anyway, I then told him never mind and we were on our way. He then runs out and stops us while we are in my car and says he was testing us and that we have to understand that he has to do that. He said he HAD to be racist and belittling. Dont waste your time and shop elsewhere.

Our family recently took a trip to see a specific vehicle we were interested in after searching online. My husband was in main communication with the sales department, and both individuals he talked with seemed nice and responsive. We were trading in our vehicle in order to purchase the used one. We were assured that there was no car fax and everything seemed to be working perfectly on the vehicle we were purchasing. The owner was quite condescending and arrogant in letting us know the "awful" condition our current vehicle was in and how much work he would have to put into it, as well as the money he would be losing by taking the vehicle on. We were about to walk out, but then he decided to make the trade for what we were comfortable with. Within two days of owning the vehicle, the "check engine" light came on and the car stalled out. Within a week, the car was smoking and part of the transmission blew. We paid $3000 dollars to replace it, and the Ford dealership we took it to let us know that it was obvious that someone had already "been under there, working with the transmission". Obviously the dealership is shady, the owner insincere and rude, and they will do whatever dishonest thing it takes to sell a car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!

Cant say enough about our experience with Highline Auto Group. Bill Ghabboura is truly an honest gentleman, who will go overboard to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. My husband and I really enjoyed working with him. We purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited edition. What a beautiful vehicle. Highline Auto Group sells only the best. Each vehicle on that lot is exceptional, and they give you a free 30 warranty. When I called the dealer center of the credit union I deal with, the loan officer asked if the purchase was from a family or friend, as the vehicle was under blue book price. She mentioned several times, what a great deal we had gotten. I have been a banker for 25 years, five of which I dealt entirely with auto dealer. Of the 200 dealers I worked with, I found only one who was honest. I had hundreds of calls complaining about being ripped off by the dealer, not one call telling me about their great deal. BILL GHABBOURA holds the title of SUPER HONEST in my book. When my daughter and her husband saw the deal we got, they bought a truck from Bill two weeks later. You will not be sorry you shopped at Highline.

If youve stumbled upon this "dealer" during your search for a car; move along. These unethical excuse for sales people are not even worth your time or frustration. take a look at how long they have had the cars sitting on the lot and that will be a great indication of how great they are. The other review is correct, they really refuse to talk to women. Theyll start by extorting them if they do call asking for more money up front when youve offered them plenty and been approved for financing already. They just want more. Then when you have a man call the guy will try the "owner" will talk over you and get angry when you tell them to you are walking away because of the issues. He will then begin to lecture you and try and tell you why you arent even worthy of buying one of their over priced, busted ass cars. What are you even trying to prove? Thatll make me say "OH YOURE RIGHT, IM SORRY! LETS DO BUSINESS!" Nope. Save yourself some time and money and get a better car by going somewhere real. The good news is that they will be out of business soon. YEE!

Bought my first car, a fully loaded 2011 Kia Optima SX Turbo, thanks to Bill and his wife Susan! They are amazing! I would not have been able to buy it without their help. They showed me several car options that were within my budget range, but went above and beyond to help me get into the car I wanted! I felt no pressure or obligation to buy the car, everything was done on my terms. Susan was on the phone with the bank, working with them to help me finance my car with a lower APR than i thought i could get, given my credit score and this being my first car buying experience. She even offered to help refinance after my credit score goes up. Susan and Bill made everything fall into place so that i could drive off in the car I wanted in just a couple hours and I know I wouldnt have been able to do so without them. I definitely plan on going back for my next car!

Integrity. Integrity. Integrity. Bill is a great man, and he backs everything he does. Proof? He just paid out of his own pocket to have the ENGINE replaced. What is his fault? No. What is our fault? No. Most likely it was the previous owners fault, but Bill took care of us, and went over and above, spending thousands to make us happy with the purchase. You dont find people out there anymore like Bill. Id absolutely trust him. REMEMBER THIS ONE THING when leaving a bad review for ANY used auto dealer - they dont have control over their inventory. They werent the previous owners. Its a tough biz to be in... But when stuff happens, I prefer to work with people like this, who will make sure you are taken care of, despite bad things that happen.
