The finance department is filled with SNAKES! They prey on the individuals that walk in there who either dont have the best of credit or who dont have any credit at all. There is only one person in there who was kind and tried to do his best to help me get a deal. That is until the finance people made him "disappear" when he noticed what they were doing and it slipped from his mouth about the extra stuff they threw into the contract. Come to find out it was barely the guys third day. Guess he wasnt used to ripping people off .They then claimed the items were required due to my credit profile. Me being in desperate need of a car and tired of going to dealers wasting hours my day I gave in. Original purchase price $6988 Which was not bad. Added items: Gap insurance, which I was okay with. $895 Extended Service Contract. Which I will be using because I am now having problems with the car. $2500 I went to them for service just to be told to go to Kia. That Kia would honor my service contract. Didnt want to waste a min to hear what my problems were. I go to Kia just to be told that I have to pay almost $300 to check my car first before they can involve using my service contract. Security $900 on contract Which I thought was like Lo-Jack turned out to be a dealer installed alarm. Got it down to $250 because finance company didnt agree to the price of it. Just to get a call 3 days later about an extra "key" they forgot to give me. I go to pick it up to find out it was the original remote from Kia alarm that the car already had. Sold me something the car was already equiped with. All that + 24% int over 60 mnths and im paying pretty much 20k for the car. Those who are struggling to make it in life will forever continue to struggle at the hands of people and corporations like this. This is what America has sadly become. My American dream is more like a nightmare.

wanted to share my thoughts with the google community regarding my experiences.so i have been a long time toyota owner, family members also! been coming to the toyota dealers for service for quite some years now. at first hand i know what to expect. you need this you need that. so the journey begins! back some years ago i met this nice young fellow when i brought my vehicle in for service and check engine light was on! i knew what the check engine light code was. i kindly asked him if he could check it out for me. no problem he replied. after all he said "you are getting a major service done, its the least we could do for you! so we agreed on leaving my vehicle over night. didnt want a rush job on my vehicle. next morning i get a call for jeremy wright (my service advisor at claremont) he said. he bud i got some good news for you! i was like here we go..the mechanic told him i have a lean code p0171, most likely i would need to have my mass air flow cleaned! recently i had been getting my car service at elmore toyota. thats where jeremy wright had been previously employed, the service advisor at elmore toyota had told me i needed new catalytic converter and was gonna be over $1900 dollars! so we had talked about doing a EFI service and cleaning the mass air flow. he insured to me that its not a service that i would be getting a guarantee. what does that mean? i replied. jeremy explained to me that if what the technician was about to do didnt fix the problem i would not be charged! now thats a guarantee. guess what he was so confident in his mechanic it fixed the problem! that was really good news. he saved me butt loads of money. jeremy wright is a really nice guy, he treated my like i was a brother! do your self a favor save some money and aggravation, go see jeremy!

I came here with my friend who was looking for an FRS that was on a good price for 21k for 20k miles, so everything was going fine until we got what was either racism and being stereotyped. We speak perfect English and the guy helping us (not to pull the race card) but he ends up sending us someone who was speaking nothing but Spanish because "he speaks your language I cant really help". To add on to this we ignored it because the guy helping us was trying to low ball my friend telling him that his payments were around the 500 range when my friend was aiming for 350-380 in payments zero down (but wait theres more!) this douche kept ranting how he couldnt afford it when HE DID NOT EVEN RUN HIS CREDIT YET ! (My bud has great credit for his age 20, 680something to be correct with a 2-3 year history for credit). I got mad so when the douche left the other guy who couldnt help us asked how it was going and I told him hes already telling us we cant afford it when he hasnt even run his credit! So another guy steps in and seriously tries to play the low ball game too then went to run his credit this time and the price dropped but they were still trying to take whatever cent they could from him and talking to him like he is a joke. Im glad my friend walked out on them when they got their hopes up thinking they made the sale thinking he fell for it. All I say is if you have good credit and you are young, depending on who is taking care of you plays a key to finding a car, and beware these guys will belittle you without even knowing your credit score! (Muhammed was the pushy one, and Pablo was the one belittling my friend without even knowing what his real credit score was.) I know damn well they couldve done better for him if it was someone else assisting us.

Gotta admit when I first got my 2015 Toyota Corolla I was super excited was help and was offered many things like the oil change Free of charge after a certain time... And I got all the coverage they offered me. From paint and tires to electrical and more every sounded great I took it all being that Ive had a previous car that soo much had happened and nothing to cover it so when I was offered all this Stuff I was excited little did I know that Everytime I have brought it in I have had to almost argue to get anything cover four months ago I had taken my car cause it had a nail in one of the tiers plus needed maintenance left it there all day only to pick it up and the tier was never looked into...Was very upset!!!! Then was told to bring it in the next day and that they would take care of it ......Its been 4month and once again I have nails not one but in 3of my tiers had nails but that all 4needed to be replaced I ask the guy ok lets do that how much would I have to pay ??? (Again have in mind I have the warranty for tiers ) the guy said it would be about 5 hundred and something I said well doesnt my warranty cover it ??? He said I dont have anything on file that says ur cover I was pissed I said please ask whom u need to ask Im covered the guy called me back only to tell me that only 2of the tiers would be cover due to the other ones were worn out And one of them still had a nail on the tier so I return and ask if they had at least patched the tier they said no I ended up driving away with a nail on my tier shortly after I left also realized they had left anothers customer key in my car ...... All I can say bad service over all next Time I buy a car wont be from here ....
