I thought this business was fishy to begin with. I gotta admit I might have been anxious to get a car, but when they give you they keys to the car within 15 mins of walking in, without proper ID or work information, just cash down, I immediately knew I was in for a stink. "The first car" I got started smoking the same day I brought it, which signaled the check engine light to pop on, the mechanic told me it was a minor leak that he would fix the next day. He "fixed it", but the light never went off, which he suggested it would soon. The same night it starts smoking again, i took it back the next day and requested a new car or my money back, they gave me a new and "better" car. This car ran good for about a month and then the starter died, which was electric and costed me over $400 to fix. Then two weeks later the wiring goes bad, I put it in the shop, told the financing company of all the problems I was having with the car and that I would be a couple weeks late because it was in the shop, well, a week after my bill was due they picked up from the shop as a "repo", when they clearly stated I was good for two weeks after... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP... THEY ARE HORABLE AND DISHONEST BUSINESSMAN AND SHOULD GO BACK TO THE COUNTRY THEY CAME FROM!

I got a 2009 honda after my brother had purchased a 2005 toyota with them a few months prior. I asked the owner several times if there were any accidents. They promised me there werent any. A month after purchase, I found out that there was an accident on record and if i wanted to trade it with another dealer i would have to pay an excessive amount because the value of the car was beyond lower than what i had originally purchased it for. I called to ask if there was a spanish version of my contract. They were very rude and sarcastic. Its sad to say that the OWNER of this place was the one who answered in the most rude form. Aside from the lack of respect, they will pressure you into purchasing anything (they dont care about their customers at all). Santa ana auto center is the most uncomfortable place to purchase a vehicle. My brothers car resulted with several mechanical issues. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not even to my worst enemy

Absolutely illegal. Crooks. You should call police and file a report. These men are absolutely operating a shady business. I overheard a man I believe, Luis on the phone discussing improper, unrelated business that sounded like underground cash economy BS. Non compliant. Very shady company. City needs to shut them down. RUN!! They took my personal identification including SS card and had it open and placed for anyone to see along with my drivers license and address. They did not issue a pink slip for a cash purchase until 7 months after the purchase and still that was a huge ordeal where they were foul mouthed, unprofessional and exactly what you would imagine from a shady, middle eastern used car salesman. No respect for women, no education and a filthy dealership. Mishandles very intimate and personal records.

This people r so bad I bought a ford freestar almost 4 yrs ago and broke down they didnt do nothing about it there was a problem with the engine do had to be repo and last yeat 2012 I needed a car and made a huge mistake and went back to them bought a 05trail blazer and like little over 20 days broke down transmisdion and engine bad and afain didnt do nothing about it abd yes git repo again its sad that instead of giving a good car to people that actually need it they dobt care they just rip u off PLEASE DONT ! Go some where else TRUST ME!!!

Dont buy a car from these dishonest people!!! You cant trust a word they say. Make sure you check every detail on the car before you buy. I bought a recently new vehicle and when test driving it the guy from their store had the windows down b/c he was smoking. Come to find out later the A/C didnt work. They said they give a 1 month engine warranty, so when an engine coil needed to be replaced they wouldnt cover it. Dont trust anything from them!!! IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT DEFINITELY IS WITH THESE GUYS!

My experience purchasing a vehicle from Santa Ana Auto Center was a notably pleasant. All of the staff members; Ned (finance manager), Alex (sales consultant), Louie (maintenance/repairs specialist) were very helpful as the entire process was smooth and effortless.When its time to upgrade Santa Ana Auto Center will definitely be my first stop.If you are looking to buy a vehicle I highly recommend you stop by Santa Ana Auto Center first. We purchase a 2006 Toyota Corolla from them, they promise us the 3 years warranty that we suppose get (and yes we did signed for it), but we never received it in the mail. We pay cash for the car and it has been 2 month already and we haven’t received the title yet. The sales person name is George, and every time we call there and we can never gets a hold of him. I would never buy car from them again, and you should stay away from this place too, unless you want to bet screw! Trust me.

I had to wait a few months before I can make this review to really give them an accurate review. I purchased a used Honda Accord and so far the car has been excellent. This dealership took really good care of me. The price was fair, the service was great and overall I cant complain about anything. I have already recommended my friends and family to go here because I know they will find a great deal and will not be taken advantage of. Thank you again!!!

This place is so bad they sold me a car that had problems nd I didnt know till a year later the engine went out they said come in and trade it f**k that they want more money down a lot of money dwn and the cars they sell suck big time over priced cars the financial ppl suck to this is the WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR the ppl that write good stuff is probly related to them or dnt no it yet but there car is going to mess up i promise you that

I purchase a car with them. An 01 Chevy Suburban and after a month that i purchase the car the rear Differential got messed up. They said they werent going to do nothing about it cause the warranty only covered the Engine and The Transmission. Now I have to pay a grand and some change after a month and week that I purchase the car so i can fix it. DONT BUY FROM THEM. I GOT SCREWED, dont let it happen to you.

Great deal on my used Honda Civic 1994 for college.I was able to negotiate a deal and set a low enough price reasonable for me as well as the seller. I am satisfied that my used car has very few issues practically none but a little scuff mark on the driver side door but its what i finally decided to have and satisfied. Great dealership as well good pricing and nice looking cars thank you so much .
