BUYERS BEWARE Ive had what was the worst experience ive ever had a dealer here. This dealer likes to lies to its customers, go back on promises. The nothing more than a shoddy dealer. I went in to buy and SUV. I setup and appointment and it checked out well. There were some minor issues like faulty sensors, lights that were out, and a nasty dent on the back caused while at the dealer. I should have stepped away here, but they promised to fix it all and put it into the contract. Plus they offered a warranty for the first 30 days with 100% coverage for labor and parts. So we worked up the deal and they told us it would be ready in a day or 2. Next day we get a call, not all the parts came in so come pick up the SUV and they will fix everything once the parts showed up. We are over an hour and a half away from the dealer so the drive is not easy in 91 traffic. When we got there the story changed all of a sudden. not they wanted to lower the price to not fix some of the issues. they promised us the TPS sensors were fixed but everything else was not. We agreed to the lower price. At first they gave is the SUV with only 1/4 tank. Ive never bought a car without a full tank of gas and was surprised I has to fight for a full tank. We got a voucher and started to head out. No more than 10 miles away and the sensor went off again. I called them and they were all of a sudden busy so we turned around and went back to talk. When we got there they gave us this story about how their vendor did not do all of the work they promised. they would fix it and call us when it was ready. Considering everything that had happened so far i was not comfortable because it seems like we were being conned. Not once did they apologize or offer to lower the price to make it right. They were OK with us canceling the contract but they promised they would fix it and get back to us Monday to work out the deal. The manager refused to talk price with me and I got the impression i was going to get an excuse come Monday about how the cost are higher now and the price went up. I did not get anything come monday. In fact I did not get a call till a week later after I updated my review on another website. Only to be told its still in the shop to fix the TPS sensors. Oh yeah and they added other fixes back on. They would call me once it was ready. 1 full day passed and they finally called me back. Now all of a sudden, after a week at mechanics the cost had gone up and they could not fix it. I offered to still buy it, but at a lower price without warranty. they said they would check with the manager and call me back. hours later and no call back, so i call in and this time the story changed AGAIN. This time they cannot sell it anymore. they cannot fix it and they are going to wholesale it or put it up for auction. Again i offer to still buy it as is. My prices is well above market value by a couple of grand and they refused. It makes no sense, wholesale value is closer to trade value, even worse at an action when you consider fees. Im offer over book value and they dont want to make money? They choose to loose what they paid plus all the money invested in prepping, advertising, and repairs? Makes no sense. I think that i caught these guys on a con and they either did not fix it or they sold it to someone else and cannot admit it. Either way, avoid this dealer

I purchased a 2003 Mini Cooper from Orange Empire on 7-2006. After a couple of months, the car started acting up at 50-55 mph, it hesitated. I took it to a shop and they couldn’t find the problem. If you’re a Mini Cooper owner, you will understand where I’m coming from. Not any shop can diagnose these vehicles. I kept driving the car, but the problem persisted and I took it back to Orange Empire on the 7th month owning this vehicle. They kept the car for 2 days. They took it to Mini dealership to have it checked. When I got it back, the car was magically running fine again. I drove it without problems for almost a year and then the problem came back. I took it to a nearby shop. They stated that the transmission was the problem. Since then, I have goggled and researched a lot of about this problem. Dealers can get away by flushing, changing the oil and resetting the transmission. I called the dealer again and they refused to do anything about. Their favorite phrase is, you bought it “as-is” and suggested that next time I buy an extended warranty on a used vehicle. They sold me a car that had a bad transmission and they know it, they just don’t like to repair used cars they buy for retail. Instead they make them look presentable for purchase and screw buyers over. Check out their BBB complaints, they always have a comeback for every situation. I put in all my savings into this purchase and got ripped off. No one deserves this, no one! I would have NOT purchase 25k vehicle with a bad transmission. No one in their right mind would. We “consumers” trust that vendors will be honest and sell us decent vehicles. This vehicle was not inspected at all and of course I am no mechanic and couldn’t have possibly known that all this needed to be replaced. The car needs a new transmission, front/rear struts, power steering suction and return hose, marker light bulb and the replacement of the upper engine torque mount. I should have had warned others buyers earlier than today date. I truly apologize, I have been devastated since 2006. Please do your homework before putting your money towards this dealership. I even had a Carfax printout, but that doesn’t show much. It would have been nice if the previous owner would have taken the time to report any prior problems with the car to Carfax. BBB only records complaints, its good, but they don’t do anything to help you resolve the problem. These folks need to be investigated. If anyone out there has had the same problem with this dealer and is still paying for a nonworking vehicle, please contact me. Together we can move mountains….

worst expierence ever i feel like i got taken for a complete fool. i got blantley lied to. I purchased a 2001 toyota tundra biggest mistake of my life. I paid about 12999 and traded my old truck in for 3500. I could of put that as a down payment on a brand new truck. They put pictures upof it to make it look like the truck was in immaculate condition when it was not. They had it all polished and detailed out to cover up the crappy paint job when i was there. they had it parked in the shade. My roof has no clear coat on it i didnt have a ladder at the time to look at the roof beacause the truck sits high. Plenty of other spots showed up where the clear coat was fading a week later when all there detail bs came off. All they can tell me is i put miles on the truck and that i was there and saw it. They are complete scams and know it themselves. It will cost me 4000$ for a legit paint job so i would be into the truck 17000$ for a 2001 truck that has 80thousands miles on it. I bought it with 71thousandmiles and i had to drive to there from northern california because of the problems i had with it a day after i took it of the lot. They claimed they fixed it and it happend again.so half of those miles are from them. They told me that the car was not in an accident when it was and they keep trying to tell me it wasnt. Give me a new paint job or take the truck back. All I can get for it now is 6thousand dollars so the truck decreased in value 7thousand dollars. They are complete bullshiters do not buy any vehicle from them. Do not sell a truck that has blemish problems and make it look immaculate when i show up to f*****g buy it. f***k orange auto empire biggest mistake of my life and im stuck payingfor this ugly a*s truck that i have to pay off for 4 year that that i have to contend with looking at every day
