I looked up and down the east coast for a Volkswagen CC V6 Executive Edition for my wife and every one that I saw was the wrong color or the mileage was outrageous. I was ready to settle for a brand new car and I checked online one last time with the zip code close to my job and BAM a one owner black 2013 Executive with 30,000 miles on it. I stopped in and talked to Abby and fell in love with this car,I test drove it in the lot and I was sold. I told that we would be back later in the week, I dont think she believed me because she called almost every day lol. That week was busy as my daughter was going to the Prom and my wife said car or not my baby comes first so we made it there on Saturday 6-28-16 and she was smitten with this car and tells people I dont like this car I LOVE ITand didnt even want to test drive it!!! That has to be Abbys easiest sale ever and a pleasant experience for us as well. We filled the credit application out and she was back in what seemed like a minute and said Im sending your car back to be cleaned. The experience was a all around good one for us and we only have two negatives which the first one is the $2,000.00 discount that is loaded into the price which is sort of a bait and switch. I think the true pricing should reflect all of the dealer prep fees on the sticker and online. The second negative is the lack of a customer refreshment area with quality coffee, tea, bottled water, fruit etc which is now common in car dealers. Those two things are the only reasons that this review only received four stars. I do commend Terry who handles the F&I she does an awesome job and knows it well, she was there alone and she was cranking all of the deals out that they threw at her. I must say that Sal,Chris and Sunil were good to us also Sunil even gave us bottled water out of his office fridge and Sal made sure that we were comfortable while we were waiting and they all did it with a smile. Last but not least Abby thank you so much my wife is a happy lady and thanks for being persistent because I almost placed a factory order from work. When I start looking for a VW Beetle TDI Turbo Diesel for my daughter I will check you guys out first. Thanks again guys especially you Abby

Route 33e Nissian does not value loyal customers. I have spent a thousand dollars getting my car fixed and you would think service advisors would appreciate loyal customers. The first run I had was with Ken Pepp when he raised his voice and was very rude. When I came into the establishment I was not greeted "Hello Good Morning how can I help you today". I spoke to Mr. Pepp about concerns regarding my 2010 Nissian. He clearly wasnt paying attention so I was headed to the receptionist who is one step away. Mr. Pepp raised his voice , I advised not to speak to me in this manner. I left out and called customer service immediately. I recent provided Route 33 Nissian with another chance. I went into the establishment on Oct. 1 to get an oil change and have my belt checked the service advisor was pleasant (didnt get his name) short . After waiting for my oil change another service advisor Zack Grandinetti came out and stated that I would need a new belt and tensioner. He stated that I could contact whoever replace the belt because they may have a warranty. I advised that I would see but I would like Nissian to get the parts. Zack advised that he could have the part in on Monday or Tuesday. I then made an appointment with the receptionist to come in today Saturday, October 8, 2016 for belt and tensioner. I came in at 9am told the service advisor (women with blonde hair) why o was here. She began to search the parts in her system I asked if they were here she didnt say much. I sat down in the waiting room for one hour for her to finally come out to advise they did not have the part. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism at this establishment. I live in the Marlton area the reason why I came back is to give Route 33 a chance which is my fault. I was a loyal customer and I do not deserve unfair treatment. Route 33 Nissian will never have to worry about my business ever again. I will never recommend them to anyone. Time spent waiting for my car that wasnt getting spent is lost. Simply do not value loyal customers I will take my business else where.

My problems arose after the car buying negotiations and what was promised verbally not being held up on the end of the dealership. Here is the story... The deal with the sales manager Kash was to come back with my end of lease statement from my previous car which would include deposition fee and over mileage (which I had) and anything over $500 they would pay for, I had agreed to an additional $500 in cash making it $1,000 out of pocket to me. I also had a letter from their dealership stating they will pay said fees. I call with my end of lease statement from my previous car and the headaches begin: Kash no longer works there. GREAT! Im transferred to another sales manager Lauren Geiger who listens, not happily, to my explanation of whats owed, promises a call back, big surprise... never calls. I call back on Monday and am transferred to yet another sales manager Demetrius (didnt get a last name) explain my story yet again, he also promises to call me back by end of day. Guess what? No call back. I now have to go the route of emailing Nissan corporate to assist with this awful dealership, who returned my email with a phone call (finally! Someone called me back) explaining the dealership was unwilling to agree to the previous sales manager Kashs terms. Since the dealerships are individually owned there was nothing they could do, or so they claim. Did you expect a happy ending to this story? There isnt one. WARNING! If you are foolish enough to go here, GET IT IN WRITING, HAVE THE SALES MANAGER SIGN IT, HAVE THE FINANCE MANAGER SIGN IT AND PUT IT IN YOUR PAPERWORK. This place doesnt care about you once you are out the door and will not uphold any negotiations not listed on the final paperwork.

This is a two-part review as I had two experiences in the past week, and they were so memorable, I felt compelled to write a review. Part1. Purchased a 2017 Rogue SV, last week. My salesman Frank Lorence was professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle and was willing to take the time to answer all my questions (which actually lasted hours). Buying a new vehicle is a big deal for me and researching on the internet is nothing like sitting in the vehicle pressing the buttons, and taking it for a drive. The technology was amazing, the performance was what I wanted, and the caspian blue color was beautiful. The last piece of the puzzle was to get a great deal... and I did !! VERY HAPPY with all aspects of the experience. Part 2: Went back the next weekend to get the inspection sticker put on the car. Frank was at the ready, and I showed him that a part of the pinstriping was peeling at the door edge. He quickly said he would get it corrected right away. He got the shop guys to come and look at it and it was quickly corrected (they actually replaced the pinstiping on the whole door), and again VERY HAPPY with all aspects of the experience. The level of service and commitment to customer satisfaction even after the deal was done was quite impressive and something that is quite rare these days. I bought my 2008 Altima here (in 2008) and I am glad I came back 9 years later to get my 2017 Rogue. Kudos to the management at Route 33 Nissan, they have instilled something special in the staff there.
