Not even sure where to start.... I went with my friend to Sport Hyundai because they had a truck he was interested in. It was his first time ever purchasing a vehicle. And is was an AWFUL experience for him. - No one greets you. - Once Catherine, our sales lady, finally did come meet us, she was more worried about smoking cigarettes and talking about her life than actually answering questions about the truck we wanted to buy. - Catherine lied about the truck we were looking to purchase just to make the sale. - The dealership kept him there for 7 hours. 7 HOURS!! We got there at 1PM, had the truck chosen and test driven by 2:30. We had a deal in place by 3:45. I left for work after that leaving my friend to sign paperwork and drive him with his new truck. He did not leave the dealership until 8PM. - They completely took advantage of a first time buyer, from the information on the truck, to the price and over charging for a warranty. - Attempting to speak with management was pointless. They obviously couldnt care less about us as people. We were simply dollar signs and now that contracts are signed and they got the sale, we no longer matter. - We bought a 2007 Ford F-150. We were told from Catherine that the vehicles on the lot are put through extensive checks to be sure that all vehicles are in good condition to be sold. Upon getting the vehicle checked by our mechanic, this was also a bold face lie. - We made our own mistakes by putting so much trust into this dealership. We were on a time limit and if what Catherine had told us had in fact been true, the truck would have been perfect. This type of truck was not currently available at any of the actual reputable dealerships that I have previously dealt with in the past. - After finding out the heartbreaking news from my mechanic - that the truck is almost completely rusted, that the spark plugs need to be replaced and most likely the truck wont make it even 4 years, we will be pouring over the contracts the we signed and most likely contacting our lawyer. I did specifically ask Catherine about rust and the condition of the truck and she lied to me about all of it. Teaching sales people to lie in order to sell your vehicles is wrong and absolutely unacceptable.

The worst buying experience in my life. No one greets you when you go there. No one seems to know anything the staff walks around like zombies dressed very shabby to. The manager who decides the price approaches you with a cig in his hand wanting to go out and smoke not really wanting to b botheted with you. Was down right unprofessional,rude,stunk like smoke and was more worried about smoking very unprofessional. It took over an hour to fnd the car we came for none of the staff members are helpful or knowledgeable and no one knew where the car was and turns out tbeir staff member was using it ???After finally finding the car we had to ask to go on a test drive. CAR had no mats, no extra key only 1 and they didnt want to give us mats and we had to fight for a second key got it in writing. Couldnt detail it that day so came back. The detail was sub par really crappy job . NO ONE CAN SEEM TO GIVE YOU AN ANSWER THEY HAVE TO ASK SOMEONE AND THEY DONT KNOW THE ANSWER either and the wait is long These people seem like they dont want to sell cars and are barely functioning. Was there on a saturday came back on monday to complete finance details and waited an hour and 1/2 no one seemed to know anything and they ask me what I was going to pay for a payment shoudnt they know? I took a care plan and they ask me how long that was for. Really scary they didnt know any of this and I had called in the morning and made an appt. The most lack luster,unprofessional,unknowledable staff i have ever ever encountered. I will go to turnersvlle nj next time. So much walking around in the cold to find the car a staff member had parked in font on side of building. Really pathetic experience and a shame i was with a first time buyer and it should have been a good memory. So disappointing and the smoking manager needs to sit down with Miss Manners to learn some etiquite and bring the whole staff. This place needs a refresh. Very bad memory.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a service center in my entire life. As a divorced mother with three children it was truly an inconvenience to not have the use of my car. I took my car in to get a cooling tube replaced only to get it back and the windshield wipers would not shut off. The wipers ran until the batter was drained. They towed the car back to their service center and said the relay was stuck and made sure to say it was nothing we did wrong despite my car never having this problem before I let them work on it. I get the car back and 2 hours later I go to use my blinker to make a left turn and the wipers came back on again. The wipers ran all night draining my car battery again. So now I still have the new windshield wiper issue and my battery is completely drained. I was told that I have to pay to tow it back to Sport Hyundai dodge and the battery is also going to be my responsibility. After debating with Mike the service adviser he decided to keep me the same flimsy excuses as to why they werent responsible for the issue. Now I need to speak to the general manger who will not be in until 2pm the next day before dealing with my car. Meanwhile I have no car and no way of getting my problem fixed.

When I first met Cathy Oleary I knew that I was in great hands. She helped me make educated decisions on all options available to me. She was very patient as I changed my mind several times going from used to new. The support staff at Sports Hyundai Dodge were diligent in getting me the information that I needed in a timely manner. The test drives were great and they were not stingy with the time I was allowed to have with each car, I was able to take each car through its paces in order to get a feel for it. After the preliminary meeting with Cathy I did more online shopping, I was given quotes for prices from other dealers and when I told Cathy she informed me that she was more than happy to match those prices. It was an amazing experience to be able to do business with my local dealer and still get the pricing that dealers much further away were offering. I work Overnights as a manager of a major corporation and i would get off work right as Sports Hyundai Dodge would open and it was a pleasure to be there after a 14 hour day. I purchased a new 2013 Dodge Durango and I could not be any happier.

I was at sport Hyundai for two days trying to get approved for a car in any way I could after going to Matt Blatt kia and them trying to put me in a car I didnt like and payments would be CRAZY, and going to Hyundai and them telling me they ran my credit 22 times ( unessesary ) !! Cathy Oleary did everything and anything she could to get me in a car I wanted , and she even gave me options! She never gave up! If one thing didnt work she tried another and another and not once did she give up on me at all! She had Henry working his hardest with all the banks that he could ! I will never go to another dealership in my life they made my first time experience the best that it could be ! They were the hardest working people there and not once did they stop and say Im sorry we wont be able to do this !! From 9-9 they worked on getting me in the car I wanted and I am sooooo greatful for them!!!! I recommend going to both of them and no where else !!! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work all day I appreciate it more then you will ever know !!!!
