Update*** After taking two 1hr & 20 min ride up here mind you im a very busy person. I went to look at a 2003 BMW M3 car looked great very clean car besides a plasti dip roof that look terrible. After looking at the vehicle I decide to turn it on to see how it sounded, a big loud ticking knocking sound on high idle cold start didnt think anything of it because when a car sits thats chain driven tens to make a rattle sound. So didnt think anything of it test drove it and car drove great other than needing tires none of the tires matched and made a zooming sound. I decide to get down to business because dealer was closing he wanted to go so I end up agreeing on a cash price of 11 from 12995 that it was listed. Left a 100 deposit and left to come next day. I bring my private mechanic we did a basic check and found out there was jb weld all over the the intake manifold missing bolts a very disappointing situation so I talk to the guy I say I wont hassle down price but if this could be fixed I would still buy so I tried explaining situation and guy didnt even want to hear anything just said I need your card to refund your deposit and that was it on my way out guy said if I changed my mind to let him know lol so basically in other words Im not fixing anything let me know if you still want it. I do admit guy did work with me at first and was very nice about things. But it is what it is, 11k might not be much but its sort of a big investment to than know you need about 3k more to fix the issue that can be bigger than it may look..... So after 24hrs guy sees my review appears that Jason is the owne after saying hes just a salesman the guy calls me and literally screams at me over the phone about the review and how my deposit was bullshit (100$) basically saying he was nice to give me a refund again in other words saying he didnt have to give me anything. Changes the story after telling me his "mechanics" did a full inspection on the car and that there was nothing wrong with it and needed nothing he than tells me that the car was at a good price because of what it needed like are you serious!! Screams over the phone he stayed late to help me but dealer closes at 7 and I got there at 5:30 the next day after putting a deposit down wow. After dealing with dealers in the past and having a bad experience and giving this dealer a chance I rather stick to craigslist Ive had way better experience on there for sure dealerships should be called stealerships. Review is based on my experience and to help & alert people in the future incase they decide to come here for a vehicle. Doesnt matter what he says a car is to take our kids to school go to work its something we need in the best condition possible but with this guy and his honesty than insulting me over the phone it really shows who he really is Thanks Jason

Awful experience. Herman was shady and dishonest. I should have realized it when he gave me the run around the first day I called. We drove an hour to test drive the car with the intention to cash buy it if the quality was correct. Herman knew our situation and when we pulled up he said some else beat us to the car but drive it anyway. The car stunk and for 10,000 dollars was of poor quality compared to what else we have driven by Honda in that price range. After asking to drive something else, I questioned Herman as to why he did not call to let me know the car was sold and save me a trip. He started berating me and it made me feel uncomfortable and was certainly unprofessional. I should have believed some of the other reviews but I am too trusting. Ideal will try to defend themselves to this email, do not believe it. I was a ready, willing, educated customer that they couldnt fool with their scam. The trip made me learn that the trusty, loyal and honest local car people down the beach by where I live had fair, honest good quality cars and I am excited to keep my business local, So Thank You shady Herman. I learned a valuable lesson, trust your instincts and shop local!!! Follow up : My phone rings three days later from Herman asking me about the CRV and if I was still interested. Are you kidding me! I guess they must hear people like me all the time because it didnt even phase Herman that he was rude and dishonest and to delete me from his sales list. I actually laughed when he called and so did he after I refreshed his memory. Even more unprofessional was that he couldnt even offer an apology. Guess the car really wasnt sold!

I recently visited IdealAutoUSA to look at a Grand Cherokee they had advertised online. Being from out of state I made sure to do plenty of research online; I confirmed through multiple sites that the price on the vehicle I was looking at was VERY good (a trend with all of their cars) and was encouraged all of the great reviews from customers. When I got to Ideal and pulled in I was amazed at their lot. This is not a dealership that only has a few nice cars that they put out front; they clearly take pride in offering vehicles that look brand new and are well taken care of. I worked with William during my purchase and even though it was a very busy day and he was being pulled in several directions he made me feel as if I was the top priority at Ideal. Im a pretty picky customer but William worked with me through every step of the process and even got me into the service area (on a busy Saturday) so that I could see my Jeep on a lift and check out the undercarriage. Like most people, I dread purchasing a new vehicle but William made the process smooth and easy. Before I knew it he had taken care of processing my trade-in, getting me a final price, getting approval for financing, and finding a warranty that fit my needs (lifetime). This was by far the best and fastest car buying experience Ive ever had and I would gladly recommend IdealAutoUSA. Thanks William!

Not only met but exceeded my expectations of a used car dealership for several reasons. 1) Offered a 90 day warranty on my vehicle with purchase 2) I pointed out weak braking when I took the vehicle for a test drive, They looked into the problem and found that the vehicle did indeed have several rusted and over worn breaking parts which they fixed free of charge. 3) The tires on my vehicle where described as "bologna skin" of which 2 where replaced to guarantee it passed inspection 4) May have been coincidence but the oil was just changed at the time I bought the car which was a pleasant surprise. The only (debatable) drawback was that you may have to wait here and there for about 5 minutes at a time as the showroom had a lot of customers needing assistance. Personally, I saw this as a a clear indication of a healthy business with either a returning customer base or high number of referrals from past customers (very much like what Im suggesting here) In conclusion, IdealAutoUSA presents a competent business model with high standards, low prices and should be where you look first if youre in the market for a used vehicle.
