The woman sales rep is very very unresponsive. Doesn;t return emails or phone calls. I basically had to hound her to buy the vehicle from Trend. I have been waiting for my license plates for over 3 weeks. I sent her many many emails and phone calls and she never responded. I live over an hour away so its hard to find the time to drive to the dealer to pick up my plates. I asked for the plates to be mailed to me and I never received them. Meanwhile my temporary tags expired and I can not drive the vehicle. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Excellent experience at Trend Motors Used Cars with Casey ! We went to Trend Motors after finding a used car that met our requests on TrueCar. Casey took care of us and was a real professional. The process was super easy and all the staff is very helpful and reactive. No mater the question, they do their best to give you the right information and very quickly. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The salesman Casey Campinglia was excellent. He new the product and was willing to research competitive pricing of similar vehicles in the area. Casey followed up and did not pressure me to make a decision right away. He was responsive to all my questions and worked hard to gain my business. I would deal with him again in the future.

This dealership has terrible customer service!!! The salesman that sold us a car and now wont return phone calls to solve problems. Neither will the sales manager. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Trend Motors. We have numerous issues with the purchase of our new car, the biggest is that the temp tags expired and we are unable to drive our car.
