Originally, I would have scored DEP 5 stars, without a doubt. My sister had purchased a car from them, and long story short there was an issue, and the repair cost was worth almost the cars value. DEP took it back with no issues, and she bought a jeep. It never had issues and was a good deal. That later got totaled. With such good experience with DEP she returned. Bought another Jeep, which again, had no issues what so ever. I spent years recommending DEP to local people and towns 40 minutes away where I lived. The issue came when I went to purchase a car,needing a daily driver, the FOURTH time my family had been there. The salesman used the vehicle as his own personal vehicle prior to it even being titled in the dealership, or Hus own name, which is against the law to drive in that manor on dealer tags. I trusted them. We took their word the car was what they claimed. I bought it from them. Only to have issue after issue and waiting around for their meineke to complete service, which I ended up having to find and purchase the parts I needed. The biggest issue came recently , as Im trying to purchase a new vehicle, only to be informed that, not only does it have an issue with the odometer, but that it was also in an accident. Its sad that a business does this to people that have had loyalty over 4 cars, and they stole my money by deceipt. If they do that to people who have been "valued" customers, what will they do to new ones? When contacted about this, not being able to even sell my car because of their inability to be decent, we were told "I will look into it." And guess what? The guy must still be looking because its been 4-5 months and multitudes of emails later. I hope he one day finds his way back home from looking. Dont waste your time or money.

Fast Talker. Bait and switch. My daughter and I saw a Stratus we wanted, so we told him we want to put a deposit on it and we would come back the following Saturday to purchase it. Jack told us we dont take deposits (huh). He said it will be here next week, just call me and keep me in the loop about your intentions. I told him I didnt want the warranty and he says well I can do that as is for $ 500 less. So, we call him Tuesday to confirm, he calls me back and confirms. My daughter goes there on Friday and puts down a $500 deposit but the car isnt there and the secretary says it is in the shop being serviced. Then the Secretary gives my daughter a bill of sale with a different VIN number (same model car and color, but not the car we wanted). My daughter didnt realize the switch. So we go there Saturday with the cash and he tries to sell us a different Stratus. I told him you switched the car on us after you said it will be here. We did everything he asked . Jack never returned our calls. He was a fast talker and lied to us. He never even took the courtesy to call us back and tell us he was moving the car. Instead he tried to sell us a different vehicle.We live an hour away and he was aware of that, we told him the day we said we wanted the car. SCHEISTER...Dont give him your Business!!!

Working with Danny was unquestionably, very delightful. He will get out of the way in helping you as much as possible to reach and drive the car youve always wanted to ride in, with the addition of comfort, trust, and humor. Buying a 2013 Ford Fusion from the dealership was a bit stressful, but Danny truly made it a nice learning experience for someone at my young age. Hes always a phone call/text away for any questions, and has helped me through the process, making it smooth and consistent. He has also taken the time to stay extra hours longer, to make sure everything is set to stone. To those who are reaching out for car loans, I would highly AVOID Chase. They tend to avoid giving reasonable amounts, that would typically cover the car AND additional costs (Warranty, Sales Tax, etc). With that said, I would personally recommend State Farm in reaching Auto Loans, as they provide more volume based on the car youre buying. I would totally recommend shopping for a car here, especially for the young folks out there. Danny is the guy to work with, given that he knows the ins-and-outs of finance. You wont regret it!!!

Danny was absolutely amazing to work with. After the brake lines in my 1996 toyota paseo stopped working, I decided it was time for a new car. I wanted an equally reliable and economical car and Danny knew exactly what I needed. He had a 2003 toyota solara with only 1 owner, who took REALLY good care of the car. Although the gas mileage isnt great as its a 6 cylinder engine, its beautiful and totally worth the extra gas costs :P! He was very easy to reach and he answered all my questions. The car has been perfect with only 100K miles on it and drives like new. Thank you so much Danny for your help!!

My family has bought four cars from Jack at DEP and weve been more than satisfied w/ each buying experience. DEP offers friendly, knowledgeable service and they stand behind their products. I most recently purchased a low mileage, 07 Chevy Cobalt, which Jack held for me w/o a deposit. We got a great deal on the car and I couldnt be happier. I would recommend anyone I know to buy a vehicle from here and will return to DEP if and when Im in the market for another used car.

We bought a 1995 BMW 318i from these folks in April, 2013. We couldnt be happier. They were straight with us from the get-go and we got our moneys worth, e.g., they explained what wed get and what we wouldnt get with the warranty being offered, and we declined their warranty and saved significant money in doing so. Wed certainly buy another car from DEP if we were in the market.

Buying a car here was a breeze, Daniel was nice very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and got me out the door in no time. My overall experience was outstanding, he even worked with my schedule and stayed after hours to help me with getting the car. I would recommend buying a car from DEP Auto Sales to anyone!
