I was looking for signs for my nonprofit, and I was able to pick up two professionally constructed signs that could be set outside (water proof), can be written on (for special messages) and were durable (metal frame). They have worked really well since I bought them in late 2014. The service I got helped me pick from four different styles of sign, and the result was a great pair of signs that fit my budget (and I got a nonprofit discount) and really look good when displayed.

I was fortunate enough to deal with store manager, Paul M., who was extremely personable and professional. I was attending a Conference in four days and he was able to design and produce a table top display and runner for me to take with me. They were gorgeous and made out booth much more professional looking. FastSigns really lived up to their name, with even higher quality than expected. Thank you! They are HIGHLY recommended!

If you cant differentiate on technology or price then customer service is the key. I selected FastSigns for a recent urgent business need over FedEx based on responsiveness, competency, ease of use (didnt require me to use a specific format), and didnt charge a bunch of expedite fees. The end result is a high quality banner at a fair price and a feeling that you wanted to please me as a customer. Well done!

Two times I called this business for a quote and not only did I not get it in a timely manor but they never even returned my call let alone a quote... so if you need a sign or lettering as I did you might want to call another place of business as this one will leave you hangin...
