If you choose to deal with this Minuteman Press location, as either a customer or service provider, you are choosing to do business with a dishonest, disrespectful cheat of a business owner. I provided professional services for this business location to restore the function of their door and lock after it had been vandalized (filled with superglue, go figure). Upon completion of my services he wrote my company a check. This check bounced, a fact he knew when he wrote and signed it. Upon informing him of this failed payment and showing the bank statement of insufficient funds, he proceeded to take me on a long, drawn out and personally offensive run around of evasive behavior and lies. When I returned to the location to try to collect payment face to face he was out of town. So many weeks and lies later I returned again and had to spend an entire day at this location with his embarrassed employees while he still claimed that he would come in but in the end never showed his face. This issue caused so much undue energy, time, personal affront and in the end downright threat of law enforcement involvement to finally have that man pay myself and my company what he owed. A real slap in the face when I witnessed him driving a brand new Mercedes and was told of other new high priced vehicles. The bottom line is I have never been so personally offended, lied to or blatantly cheated in my time working than by the owner of Rancho Cordova Minuteman Press / Gravity Ventures. People like this should not get to get away with this kind of behavior, toward professionals and general public alike. Please stay away from this untrustworthy and unethical place of business.
