I liked the final product but there were three things that kept me from giving it 5 stars:: (1) the exterior banner had no holes in it and was like a sail in a light breeze, (2) the email that I sent responding to the estimate was either lost or ignored (I only discovered this when I called); there was no follow-up by FastSigns) and (3) the color used was different than I originally requested. I approved the proof because it was just before the event and there was insufficient time to argue.

Awesome customer service. With the help of James and the graphics folks our signs turned out very professional and eye catching. I should have had them re-do the logo portion that I provided as this part of the sign is not as crisp as the content that they added. Perhaps some guidance on that would have been helpful. But when I pushed them to get the signs done ASAP they came through for me. Fast signs has earned our business for sure.

James at Fastsigns did wonderful job! The team had to build a large "For Sale" for my company. I was able to email my drawings and he put together several options for us. After a few emails back and fourth they had it ready within a week. I would recommend using this location to anyone looking to get a sign made. We will use them for several other projects.

These brick and mortar stores prices are outrageous. I found 500 stickers online for $36 dollars, or about $0.07 per sticker. I wanted to order 50 stickers locally. I thought it would be affordable. They wanted $187! I cant believe these people are in business! I absolutely do not recommend them. Order from online stores and save yourself hundreds even thousands.
