Horrible Business!!! Unbelievably bad customer service! Didnt have my order on time, first tried blaming it on UPS, but it turns out it still wasnt ready for days after they said it would be. Even told me it would be there at closing time, so I drove 25 mins in the rain and it wasnt there! Then after all that, they never once apologized and still insisted I had to pay for the order even after the event had past and I couldnt use flyers anymore. Unbelievable!! Will never do business here again and highly recommend no one else does either. Completely unprofessional! They could have at least apologized and not charged us, I understand unexpected delays happen, but this goes far beyond just poor customer service!

They are extremely helpful when I have questions and come up with creative solutions to the not so occasional problem. Always willing to work with me. I highly recommend this store. I have had all positive experiences here... I can email in the art, they do good quality printing at a reasonable price, and with a quick turnaround. They call me when its done so I can come pick it up and dont have to make an extra trip. I have had friendly, efficient service from the employees.
