A huge thank you to Dave at UPS Grass Valley Store. With a hospital patient in ICCU at Sierra Nevada Memorial an emergency power of attorney document needed to be filled out and notarized. With no notice, Dave came right out and notarized the document at no charge...his only "payment" request was for the patient to get better. A heart felt thank you to Dave. Bill Kerler

All I can say is WOW. I have never had a shipping store be so over the top helpful. The owner/opp stayed after close to help me ship an urgent overnight package. Very helpful, very nice, and even a follow up call the next day letting me know the package made it. Couldnt ask for a better experience and I will be using them again. Thanks UPS store
