Some kind of power crazed employees. Would not release our five package shipment. Packages contained first and last name along with phone number. We provided drivers license and business card. No go. Then returned home, got shipping number and returned. Turns out the number was only for one of the five package shipment so they only would release one package. Shipping tags contained all our information. Felt like a bad hidden camera tv show where the employee tries to make the customer go crazy! Worst part, the smirk on the guys face behind the register. Unreal. UPS for me next time!

Ordered a school presentation booklet online, when I picked it up the guys had given me a few pages in color for free because the hard copy uploaded funny online. I did not mind getting color for free and was happy they completed my order instead of having me reload the pages and come back later. Plus the online ordering system had it ready in less than 2 hours and when I picked it up I was in and out in 2 minutes! 5 stars for sure!

Every time I come to this location to ship something there is an "extra fee" for something. Never had this problem at the ROSEVILLE or Rocklin locations.
