Ive read other comments by customers. I was there with no one in the store and one person was busy with a customer on the phone. I wasnt put off by this a little patience goes a long way. The gentleman was happy to see that I wasnt upset over the slight delay. Where have we gone as a society that we cant have patience. The service and all my questions were answered once the customer service rep was free. Just because you dont get out in 2.2 minutes doesnt equate to bad service, bad service is "bad service". Learn to be more patient and make life less stressful for others.

Terrible Customer Services. I stood there for 45 minutes waiting to pay for two items about one week ago. Today, I stood there for 15 minutes, trying to pay for a binder. Even two employees saw me standing right in front of the cash register waiting, they kept on doing their own things and ignored me. I ended up put the item back to the self and walked out. Will never go there again. Not for service, and definitely no purchases.

Worst customer service ever! I was clearly nothing more than an inconvenience to them just for walking in the door. Not the first time or only this store. I had called the store on South Virginia and was told that they could not help me because they were too busy and closing soon. No mention that their other store was open later or even the slightest concern. Good thing they had self service machines because the employees are useless!

I needed to drop off a returned package but I had my baby in the car and couldnt carry them both. I called ahead and the staff was great and said they could help me when I got there. Once I pulled up I called them again and then came right out to my car to grab the package since I couldnt carry baby and box at the same time. I was dreading going to fedex, but they exceeded my expectations and did an awesome job!

This kinko office people are really rude. My wife went there to drop package. Who ever was there, told to my wife leave out of store. He didnt accept FedEx package from my wife. Even though store was still open. He flatly refused to accept package and and said that you I want you to out of store right now. What a jerk. Not going to kinko again.

With the exception of at least one good employee which Ive interacted with before there, this store is over run by a couple of rude female employees who abuse having a job, ones the manager and the other speaks Spanish.

I havent been to a kinkos in a while. They have all the copy machines you need as well as printing. Its self serve with a credit card. The agents are also very nice if you need help with anything.

Make sure you watch them put the right label on the right box. Multiple screw ups cost me big $ and time. Don,t leave the store without checking that your package is properly labeled!!!!
