This Unleashed by Petco is so convenient for me. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and they offer dog training here. (We love Caitlin!) They also offer 2 bathing stations where the owner can bring their dog in to bathe him/her, and they sell bulk cat litter, which is eco-friendly because it avoids buying and disposing of all those plastic containers. Even though their square footage is small, they offer a good selection of pet foods. While their prices arent the best, I will continue to shop here for the above reasons.

I went to this particular store today to clean my dog for the first time. When I walked in I greeted the man at the service desk. He did not look up nor did he greet me back. He was more interested in his phone. I proceeded to go to the wash basin. While back there I literally was at a loss. I asked where the shampoo was he said it should be in the baskets. He walked back and looked and said yeah there they are. I told him ut was first time he said thats ok and walked back to looking at his phone. Worst customer service ever.

I wish this store were just a little better organized with their stock. They stock things one week and after it is gone...never again. They used to carry a selection of dog food for small breed puppies and ever since January it has been very slim pickins! The in house bathing stations for your dogs are great! Maybe having the trainer there more than once a week would also be helpful.

Why stay open until 9 if your washing stations close at 8?? What else would be the point in coming there?? Decent concept and nice to not have to clean up after yourself. They use ultra cheap shampoos and conditioners. Would get 4 stars if I hadnt just driven 30 minutes only to get there at 8:04 and have them tell me the washing stations were closed but the store is open.

All employees are wonderful exempt manager...nonexistent customer service,no smile..he is kinda scary ..there are so many pet food stores in this area...no wonder this pet Co is always empty. Im never going back

Nice little place for your pampered pet. They have an easy to use and relatively inexpensive dog wash with everything you need as well as all the basics. The baked dog treats are a nice touch!

Best thing about this store is the bath tubs! We use them all the time for our pups. And the employees truly love animals and make the trip that much nicer for us and our dogs.

Wonderful displays and a very large assortment. Come in for discounts, easy signup for the discount card. Yes they keep track, but isnt that good for us too?
