Whatever you do-- do NOT get your dog groomed here. They not only are rude but they shave wayyyyyyyyyyyy too close, unevenly, and haphazardly, which is extremely painful for my dog, on top of making him look awful. He is a cocker spaniel. You wouldnt be able to tell after this horrendous, atrocious mess of a haircut. Bottom line: even if every single place in the state of Ohio doesnt have dog grooming openings until weeks out-- Wait. And go anywhere else. Never EVER take your pet here. i guess thats what you get when you have a surplus of unqualified groomers at one location. Just dont.

I walked in to the grooming salon of the colerain store, she located me in the system, provided my bill to ring out with the cashier, I picked up a bag of dog food and 2 dog toys, cashed out, took the bag to my car, came back into the store and was paged that my dog was finished at the salon. The girls were all very polite and professional. My dog was comfortable with the staff member who handled my dog which was very comforting to me. She also stated he was good for her too. My experience was very satisfying and quicker than I expected. Highly recommend.

Allie grooms our dog Charlie she is the BEST. I can tell that its a job that she has as a groomer but first and foremost she cares about hour pet. I wont leave my pet with just anyome. I would leave my Charlie with Allie if I went on vacation. You can tell that she genuinely cares about your pet. When we pick up Charlie after she is groomed she is happy and cheerful. And oh Allie does a great job.

It was very bland. I feel like I was just brushed off because of my appearance or however they felt about me. This is the second time Ive encounter a bad experience. I also had li bad vibes and my dog did too. Nor friendly or helpful. Will never come again to get any of my animals care products. Hamster food, bedding, dog treats, food, grooming, bird food, or reptile care items.

I have two kittens and I had called to get their nails trimmed. I asked if I needed to bring any paperwork and Stephany the groomers response was, "Nope! Just the cats!" So, I drove an hour to get their nails trimmed just to be refused service because I did not have proof of their rabies expiration date. Do not go to this location unless you want to waste gas and time.

You cant register on line it will not accept any password and does not say why. WHY say you can make an appointment on line when it wont let me. And I do have a perks card for them so why would I have to register anyhow. Say like its easy then just unnerved people.

Tried to schedule appointment for my cat, was told that they dont do anything past 5PM for cats, because they "groom dogs too". Couldnt give me hours that they do grooming, and told me that they wouldnt ever be able to get me in past 6. Not helpful at all.

Training staff is wanting. Young staff is good but the experienced staff(Patricia is awful) is stuffy and in flexible. Wouldnt trust them to train a robot.

This location is on par with most other PetSmarts as far service and selection. They have adoptions on weekends so this is a great place to get a dog.
