After my son had decided what fish wanted for his new aquarium, I was unable to find assistance, after asking a cashier to find someone to help me I was greeted by a employee. I showed her the fish we wanted and she immediately asked what size tank. When I told her 10 gallons she immediately said "No to both" in a very rude and condescending tone. She made me feel stupid, without asking me any other questions. What she didnt know was that I have a 40 gallon filter on the tank and it is empty. We were not looking for big fish. I have had aquariums for over 20 years, including my current thriving 60 gallon African Chiclid tank. I put my things back on the shelf and I will never return. I can never find anyone to help me when I go there. I will just drive 2 miles up the road to Petco where the employees are happy to help and dont try to act like they no it all. #byebyePetsmart

This place is such a joke! I have heard reviews of Pet Smart grooming screwing up and being horrible, but I still took my dogs! What a mistake! When I booked the appointment I gave instructions on what to do the furminator instead my dog was shaved balled! Who shaves a German Shepard like that? The the little girl wants to argue with me! Judy was worst of all trying to yell at my son who was speaking to me! Needless to say that did not go over very well. First you want to not do what was ordered and shave my dog with no sorry or anything then you want yell at my child. Not happening corporate will be hearing about this! When I walked in to see what they had done to my dog they were telling another lady that they had injured her dog and what to know if she wanted to take the dog to pet smart vet! Stay away from this horrible place and horrible customer service!

I usually dont have issues with this Petsmart (besides the fact Im getting over charged for pet services at Banfield, but thats a different issue)... I ordered a bag of dog food online to have picked up in the store. Once I walked in the store, I went immediately up to the front counter informing the cashier I was there to pick up my order. The cashier called the manager to come up and help me.. 5 minutes passed, 10, 15, 20.. seriously?? Once a manager came up, they couldnt find the IPad in order for me to sign off. I never once received an apology for the inconvenience or the wait. It would have been faster and easier for me to just buy the stupid bag in the store.

Bathroom was upsetting. Layout is overwhelming. One person as a cashier with ten people in line. Pet hospital had three dog owners waiting and didnt try to separate or give unfriendly dogs space (i.e. Put them in a open room if possible) I work at a dog boarding facility... still dont understand why no employees tried to rectify or help the problem. Many people were worried.

The rude attendant at the front desk forgot to check us in for our banfield appointment. As my family stood there for 20 minutes without acknowledgement, she finally checks us in and says we need to wait. No sense or urgency, no customer service. 40 minutes we waited until we decided to leave. Ignorant staff, and management no better. We wont be returning.

Carries a lot of products, and even some newer holistic stuff which is kinda pricy. They have a small pet clinic, groomer, and even offer training. Most animals up for adoption seem in fairly good health, and on Saturdays a few local dog rescues show up! People are usually very helpful, though they seem a little understaffed at times.

We absolutely love this PetsMart location. Weve always been able to book a grooming appointment and the staff are always friendly. Be warned, the parking lot is rather crazy, but parking is always available.

Theyre nice here, but I do not like the groomers here theyre very rude and ignored me when I walked in. I was standing there with my dog for about 15 min before anyone came up and asked what I needed.

Its sometimes sketchy in the store, fish dead, limited choices for product. Mostly aquarium and dog. The parking lot is dark at night during business hours. Its not great, but not bad.

I love taking my dogs here. The groomers are pretty good too, although my dogs didnt smell like they had been shampooed and I think they missed cutting my golden retrievers back claws.
