I took my dog in at 11:30 am for a full service grooming appointment. After not receiving a phone call by 2:30 pm I called and the groomer Nancy said that she was next up. Confused, I asked her why isnt she finished after being there 3 hours and one other pet ahead of her. Her response was the phone has been ringing off the hook and she then says Ill get her on the table now and shell be ready in 30 mins. I got there at 3 pm and to find she had just began cutting my pets hair. I witnessed her groom my pet and she was extremely rough and aggressive with my 9 yr old 8 lb maltese-shizu mix. I was horrified! Not only was she rough but she had shaved all her hair off leaving her uneven wand choppy all over. I could go on but long story short... after complaining she was very rude to me and her response was "Ill take care of it (the payment)" and stormed off. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS GROOMING SALON AGAIN! Beware of Nancy if you decide to have your fur-baby groomed there. You can see the finial results for yourself. These pictures are taken right after her horrific grooming experience.

I am a loyal customer to this Petco location since moving to the Atlanta area. I take my dog there once a month for grooming and purchase all his necessities from there. The grooming department seems to not be appropriately staffed. My dog is usually there first thing in the morning and is there for at least 4-5 hours. I sometimes have to call to see what is taking so long. Well the one time Im late, I call to say Im running later. They inform me other dogs are coming on the top of the next hour and he cant be seen. Therefore I have to wait to the next weekend. Im completely disgusted as it usually takes him all day to get groomed not an hour and Im a loyal customer. Time to find a new groomer and new Petco location.

The best thing about this particular Petco is the have very good customer service (on the retail side). The regulars that have managed to stick around are friendly, helpful and love animals. The worst thing is their grooming services employees. Theyre never pleasant. They seem to have this "forget what you say, I know everything" attitude. Usually I avoid them like the plague because theyre so unpleasant. I started taking my dog to a different groomer.

Been going to this location for a few years now. The staff is very courtious and profession. They seem to take the duty of caring for their live animals in their care seriously and are open to answering questions and even addressing concerns when a customer has advise or questions. Store is clean and they do have frozen feeders for large reptiles and Raptors available.(frozen mice / rats)

Stopped in to grab a bag of food for my dog. Ridiculously overpriced - its $15 cheaper on Amazon (Petco themselves were selling it for $12 cheaper through Amazon which they wont price match in-store LOL). Ordered from my phone while walking out of Petco. Guessing this will be the next big box store going out of business.

The "volunteers" that are supposed to be there to assist in adopting a cat where no shows, waited a hour and a half. The Petco employees were nice but couldnt do a single thing. You may be a volunteer but for Gods sake it is still a job. Do it right, and in time or dont volunteer

Not necessarily as cheap as many online vendors, but the dog treats and chewys are half the price of some other local stores nearby. Decent selection and well kept store.

It took them over 3 AND A HALF HOURS to groom my 15 lbs Shih Tzu. Other places take an hour max. Will not be coming back.

They have a better selection of fish and fish supplies but they are a bit more pricier than Petsmart.
