Waited 15 min at service desk without assistance and when a woman dragged out of the back she picked up another customer after being paged by the front cashier. I had arranged to pick up a special order that I had called in. After I cooled off I went back just to observe assistant manager & employees work ethic. This is a poor operation for a tractor supply. I couldnt observe any employee ID employ for anything. Tractor supply has lost a roughly $7000 dollar account a month. By the way the lady that was supposed to go to the service desk had the personality, skip that, absolutely no personality or customer assistance ability. Couldnt even find item the customer she picked up wanted.

Ok ......why does there security have red vests like regular employees would have on lol you should probably stick to what your name tag says you are because your profiling skills suck Ill drive to Rome or Calhoun before Ill come back here and feel stalked by some paranoid redneck cashier named Bubba Ill check out when Im ready to check out I dont need you to ask me if Im ready do checkout most people walk to the register when theyre ready

Rob is probably the best sales and customer service person I have ever seen. Add Michelle to the mix and the team is unbeatable. Many thants to the entire staff for a great experience. Much better than Calhon store
