I am here about 1-2 times a week buying food and other items for both of my babies. All of the employees that I have encountered have been very helpful and very pleasant. There is one woman who has this cute, short, spunky hair and is the sweetest thing ever! I did not catch her name. They carry amazing food brands that the larger chains dont even have. The membership is also great because once you buy 10 bags of the same food, you get one free! Will continue to bring my business to them and continue my long list of referrals! :) Another great thing is that they have a donation bin for the local animal shelters! Love when businesses give back to the community. Would give you more stars if I could!!

Employees are kinda rude. I cant believe that they sell x mats there. X Mat is a plastic mat with very sharp spikes that one puts on the couch to deter cats from sitting there. When I put my hand on it, it hurt my hand. Teaching an animal to fear furniture is awful and so is any business that supports this animal cruelty. Also, if you value your furniture more than your cat, then you have no business owning one. Awful. I told an employee about it so he can relay this to the manager and he didnt care at all.

This store is a mixed review. The staff is AMAZING. William, Rebecca, and Jim go out of their way to support their customers. My only complaint is their manager. He is a blight upon an otherwise great experience. I have spent over $1,000 over the last 8 months and Quad (yes, thats the manager name) has been rude and dismissive in every encounter. Unfortunately, Pet Supermarket has lost my business as long as he is manager.

My wife and I love buying our pits nutro food here. They seem like there still new and some of there associates are still in training i believe because some are not sure about the food brands. But other than that very friendly and we love how they help charities out for animals. All profits go to actually charities not there store.

The team here is outstanding. Every time I come in they are super helpful and nice. They always offer my dog a treat and are so good with him. I am very impressed by the amount of information they know. Thank you for caring about my pet and about me. We will absolutely continue to shop here.

Honestly, Im able to get much better assistance here than at the bigger stores. Tony at the one in Woodstock is fantastic. He has helped me several times in different areas that were a bit convoluted because of product changes. Typically everyone is really friendly and will go the extra mile.

I routinely shop here. The location is convenient and William knows me by name. Very friendly. Im not a "shopper" so price is not usually a concern but having my pets food in stock is! I have not had a bad experience with this store or staff as of yet.
